I called Coastal Home Services and Bill came over in a timely manner to give an estimate. He asked what we wanted and explained everything that needed to be done. He was personable, punctual, respectful and very detailed in his work. We couldn't have gotten anyone better. We so appreciated him and his work. He did an awesome job and we will call him again if we need something done. We definately will recommend him to anyone. We love our shelves! Thank you, Bill!

I've been looking for someone personable, professional and conscientious to work on my house. It has been difficult. Tried several companies offering handyman services. Some show up late or not at all, even when they set the date and time. Most seem to be in a hurry to get done and get paid, without any regard for the actual quality of the work performed. Well, I finally called Bill at Coastal Home Services. So far, he's done electrical work for me and today he repaired/replaced weathered boards on my deck, replaced a section of handrail and two sets of steps. He came early, stopping only for a quick lunch, and completed the work much earlier than expected. I'm very pleased, and will be calling him again. He truly cares about the end result and the customer's satisfaction. Thank you Bill!

Bill was an absolute God-send! We had just moved in, and needed a fixture hung in our dining room. The fixture is pretty heavy, and so we opted to find someone to install for us. Bill was so gracious and professional. He called back and was able to come the same day and do the installation. We definitely will be calling him for more projects. I highly encourage contacting this company for any of your home remodeling/repair needs. I have needed many contractors throughout my life but this was my best experience. Bill is friendly, timely, professional, and the type of person who takes satisfaction from doing the job well. I purchased a home and needed 2 ceilings removed and new insulation and drywall hung. When the ceilings were removed, it was discovered that the previous builder had severely botched the duct work and electrical. I thought it was going to blow the budget but Bill was able to keep everything on track by suggesting creative solutions that kept us on pace and actually improved the placement of the air registers and made the cooling of the room more efficient. I doubt I could have found a company to beat his price and even if I did, they would have just increased the price at that point instead of figuring out solutions that helped my bottom line instead of their own. This type of service is certainly a rare thing.I was able to see his progress during the repairs and his work was top notch. I don't know how he completed it so fast because he took extra care to get everything flush and level in my 1935 home and he cut no corners. He even cleaned up his workspace each day and was respectful of my home as if it were his own. This is the third time Bill has done projects for us and he is absolutely fantastic. He tiled our outdoor patio and it looks amazing. The tile work is excellent and he even went the extra mile to create perfect edges and add trim. We thought he was great on the past jobs but far exceeded our expectations with this project.

I am so glad that we decided to call Coastal Home Services to do some home repairs. I was surprised when he showed up the same day to take a look at things and he was very quick to get back to us with a quote. Bill was always prompt, professional, courteous and honest.He did some repairs on our roof, he repaired a big hole in our kitchen ceiling as well as installing canned lighting for us and he replaced our back door that had previous water and termite damage. He used quality materials and really did an excellent job and it was all fairly priced. He didn't try to cut corners or up-sell. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything he did. I would definitely recommend his services and we wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future if we have any other repair needs.

Mr Boyd is professional and courteous every time I speak with him on the phone or in person.He replaced and aluminum piece on the A-frame of our house back in February, 2021. He arrived on time in charge a very reasonable price for the repair. You can't even notice that the aluminum piece was ever broken because he found the perfect replacement that matched the color of our house. We're now selling our house and I'm trying to use him again in such short time.

I was selling my home in Guyton, and discovered a leak in my dining room. I needed someone to come look at it immediately and after calling a few contractors i couldn't get anyone to come out quick enough. Bill, from Coastal Home Services, was the only one who came in, same day, and was able to diagnose the cause of the leak and schedule a repair. The repair took 2 days and he even came after hours to ensure that it could be finished before the appraisal. Provided professional, courteous, and expedient service at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again if i wasnt moving. 5 STARS

Bill started out great and then fizzled... Paint jobs not completed. I had many jobs and still don't understand why he was not willing to do... To hear him, he sounds like he is all gung ho and ready to do the work, and then wait weeks for an estimate to finally have to call and he says he can't do the work.As I said, he starts but doesn't finish or bothers to contact. Shame on you, Bill and Jessica. All talk, no follow through. Zero star if I could..
