I found this company on Angie’s List. The person who answered the phone said hello instead of announcing the name of the company. So I asked, “is this KBR home improvement?” The person on the phone said “yes”. I asked if they do drywall and painting jobs. The person who answered the phone said “yes, but I am very busy over the next couple of months so I doubt if you will want to wait for me to do a “little” drywall and painting job for you.” That statement was very offensive to me because we had not even talked about the size of the job. He just assumed it was a small job. In fact, the job I need done is actually a large job. So I said to him actually, it’s a large job but I will call someone else. The person who answered the phone said “OK” and hung up. Soooooo Rude!!!

Mr. Thompson was very responsive to our request, he worked with us to bring our vision to reality, he was very quick yet thorough, we've had terrible experiences in the past with other builders who never showed up on time, left huge messes and took months to finish projects that were supposed to take a week, that was NOT the case with KBR, he met us promptly, explained the details involved with the project, gave us a timeframe for the work to be completed and absolutely delivered what he promised on time and on budget, integrity is in short supply these days but I can honestly say we were thoroughly impressed with Mr. Thompson and KBR Home improvement, we will defintely be using his services on future projects!

GREAT WORK I called because I had a bad leak in my roof, replaced the decking and shingles, the attention to detail was impressive and the professionalism was top notch
