Very professional company! From Luke in sales; Brett & Brent supplying information on what we could expect with every step of the roofing process & very quick response with any questions or concerns. The roof building team got on site when scheduled & started working extremely hard from the minute they got to our house until the job was completed. The clean up around house was outstanding. Even helped push my car that got stuck in the yard!! Job well done! Highly recommend!!!!

If you have concerns about your roof or need a new roof, I would like to recommend, South Shore Roofing. I found this company to be both professional and honest. Yes both! I had a small slow leak and Kevin came out to inspect my roof and recommend a solution. He recommended I remove the rain diverter as it was causing rain to puddle in a corner, then fill the nail holes with silicon. He could have told me the roof needed replacing and I would have not been the wiser. The charge for this professional and honest service? 0, Nada, nothing! This roofing company is both professional and kind. They took the time to help us understand the process and made sure that everything was done quickly and correctly. There was also a mix up on the coloring of our roofing tiles. Even though it was completely finished; they not only owned up to the mistake, but made sure it was fixed in a timely manner and done well again. From the first time Jacob knocked on our door, all through the meetings we had with him to talk about options and pricing and on to getting the roof done was a great experience. Jacob was very easy to get a hold of and always had the answer to any of our questions. The day before the roof was replaced, South Shore had a dumpster placed in our driveway, I never even heard them drop it off! The crew showed up the next morning at 7am (which is exactly what time we were told to expect them) and they were finished by 4pm. Everything was cleaned up, no yard full of mess or random nails. They were very through with picking up any mess in the yard and used magnets to make sure there were no nails left behind. South Shore worked with our insurance company and therefore what we had to pay out of pocket was VERY affordable, even with upgrades!Would HIGHLY recommend South Shore Roofing to anyone who asks for a roofer!

My wife and I are very pleased. One of our neighbors used another roofing company and the side by side comparison is noticeable even to the untrained eye. Kevin was very thorough in making sure that there would be no surprises later when initially creating an estimate for our roof. Kyle was a perfectionist when it came to making sure the crew treated the roof as if it were their own house. These guys are very old school when it comes to making sure a roof is installed correctly the first time. You could probably get a cheaper roof with a fly-by-night crew, but the quality you get by spending a little more money is worth it.Service: Roof installation

I was very pleased with the knowledge of the salesman Luke who also helped me to get my roof approved for a homeowners claim due to a recent storm. I had a few hiccups along the journey of getting my new roof, scheduling was prob one of the biggest issues, but I called Luke and he helped me sort out the issues I having as well as a piece of mind since it was my first time doing a homeowners claim. Erika was very polite and courteous to help me with my payments and any questions I had concerning my bill or any of the upgrade charges. Overall it was a good experience and I will refer them in the future.

I cannot say enough about this company! Luke came out, thoroughly inspected the roof from inside and out and determined there was not structural problems just some loose and missing shingles. He got the repairs done quickly and if I didn't know where the problem was, I could not tell where he replaced the missing shingles. He answered all my questions and concerns.
