I am amazed with Victory Roofing, this company provides such an extraordinary amount of skill, customer service and they truly care for their customers.We live in Southeast Georgia and a tornado came through our neighborhood a little over a month ago.We had no idea what we needed as more storms were approaching the following afternoon. My husband and son scoured the neighborhood to talk to a roofer and ask advice. As they were walking to find one (many were in the neighborhood because of the tornado) Justin rode by in his Victory Roofing truck. They flagged him down and he immediately came to our house to take a look. He said he would get a crew right over to see if they could patch the bare spots on our roof so the expected rain would not do anymore damage. Not only did they make the temporary repairs, they didn’t even charge us and said it was there mission to help the families affected by the tornado.We bought some tar paper and roofing nails so we could try and do it ourselves and they even offered to buy them from us after they repaired our roof for free. We of course handed those items to them and said it was the least we could do.It took about two weeks to sort things through with the insurance company and while we waited they gave us a great app to use to be able to see the shingles on a picture of our house to help us pick the right ones. They helped square things up with the insurance company and they also have a great relationship with their crew! Shout out to Carlos!Erica, you are a gift and we love the sincerity of your business model. I am Facilities Director for the Effingham YMCA. Being a large corporate non-profit our guidelines require use to collect quote before any work is done. I had Erica and her team from Victory Roofing come out and initially do an inspection and give us quotes. The quotes from Victory Roofing were more detailed and explained in a manner that I could understand ( I am not a roofing professional). In our situation the price was also dramatically better than the other quotes we received. Erica and her team laid out different options and gave pros and cons of both. They helped temporarily seal spots to prevent further damage until they could do a complete repair. They were timely and professional is every aspect of the job. Victory Roofing did not affect normal operation other than having to use a side door due to safety concerns, since the repair was over the main entrance. We were able to keep business going. Their crew was very aware and alert when it came to customers in the area. I highly recommend Victory Roofing. I purchased a home one year ago that had an aging large sized outbuilding that had prominent water and wind damage to the roof. I contacted Erica, and within days she had developed a detailed repair and re-roof plan. I had requested a particular manufacturer’s shingle product, and Erica was able to find a distributor. However, the product had to be put on hold, as the style I originally wanted was not currently being produced. Erica kept an eye for availability of what we wanted. When she was informed that our particular product was no longer going to be produced, she quickly offered another solution. We agreed and within about 2 weeks had a crew onsite. Within two days I had all repairs completed (to include 30 sheets of decking replaced) and the new roof installed. The area was left neat and clean. It was great not having water leaking into the outbuilding during these recent storms. I am completely satisfied with my new roof.

We had a large limb from a pecan tree fall and get lodged in our roof. Upon recommendation from a friend we called Erica with Victory Roofing along several local roofing companies. Erica was the first to respond. Erica and team were able to come to our house, remove the limb, and put up a temporary patch to keep out any water damage. Erica was able to take pictures of the damage and personally meet with the insurance adjuster on site in order to get the claim estimate completed and approved.The crew was on site as promised and did a quality job in repairing the roof decking and the shingle replacement.The team also was able to find and repair an additional leak in our roof while on site for the damaged roof repair.Erica was extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and responsive. Erica and Justin were on site reviewing the job throughout the project. Crew did a fantastic job on the roof and left the site clean of debris.Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. March 2022. Victory Roofing did an excellent job. Measuring, ordering, getting the materials in a timely manner, arranging all of it in a worry-free (for me) process. Their employees show up on time and go right to work. Erica and/or Justin are always there overseeing the work. They all work very well as a team and the end result is a beautiful new roof that looks good and I know it will be safe and reliable for years to come (warranties included). I got a responsive call back and was schedule for the next day. Erica arrived on time and like a true professional, found the leak within five minutes and had it repaired within about 15 minutes. She also gave me a free, thorough roof inspection while she was here. She guaranteed her work and was even able to give me a good referral for a drywall repairman.
