Save your time and your money! Madaris solicit me… My immediate reaction was to hang up but my curiosity got the best of me. (This will not happen again) I explained to the sales representative that I was not interested because the last quote I received from them was extremely high. However, as most sales reps do, she was very convincing, and she explained to me how their pricing was so much better. Therefore, I decided to try them again and I scheduled someone to come out and give me a quote for gutters, gutter guards, soffit installation. No one showed up for the appointment (even after confirming the day before) and no one has even bothered calling to apologize. The one thing I did find odd was the woman that called to confirm also ask me my credit score. When I told her it was fair to Good at best the tone in her voice changed so I wonder if I was just not a good enough client for them… nonetheless, this is rude and unprofessional. My credit worthiness will not be in the fair to good category forever and I promise I will never consider them for any work around my home.

We had a deck installed 6 months ago. We were promised superior workmanship, materials etc. Currently we have been calling for 6 months to have corrections made to our deck. There are gaps in our trim, boards not midared cut to fit, nail points sticking out, our gutter was placed back on coming 5 inches out from the house at an angel. Twice they have come out, agreed there are problems and they will send someone. No one shows up. We call, are promised someone will be out, no one shows. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Last contact was May 4th. Spoke to Greyland the owner about a dryer vent that did not match our color of siding that they installed. Still no information. Was told the financing started 5 months after completion of the project started 2 days after we said "yes". Haven't had the "final walk through" that we were told they would do at the end of the project. We had noticed several things that seem to be pieced together at the entrance of our home. Be careful before using this company.

This place was slack on keeping their appointments with you, had several NO SHOWS. I had leaks they attemped to fix which never was fixed. Manager came out to review due to having leaks that didnt get repaired. He saw that the drip edge wasnt installed correctly so he made the installer come back out to fix. The installer came out was rude about doing the job over. When removing the covers noticed that some of the drip edge was missing. The installer reinstalled it where it pushed the shingles up about an inch which was incorrect. I still have leaks to this day. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Very SORRY job they did .

I purchased the energy efficient windows two months ago. My energy bill was dramatically lower last month. Professional install looks great. Easy to open and close. Real happy!

This company is apparently out of business. We recently had gutter work done by them, which was not done to our satisfaction. The representative for the company, Micheal Gann performed the work, but has not been responsive to our followup requests to complete the work as agreed. Promises have been made that he would come by at a certain time and he never shows or calls, and has a phone that will not accept voice messages. The company also does not answer or return calls. Avoid both the company and Micheal Gann.

originally bought "top of the line" windows from Dixie HomeCrafters - Hugh Harris, CEO who is now with Medaris. My "top of the line", lifetime guaranteed windows now have mold growing between the panes!! Will Mr. Harris owner his guarantee? I doubt it.

Had a great experience when we purchased our windows I love them house now maintains an even temp. Now that I need 2 more windows installed can't get any to call us back.

Worst company to deal with ever. Would be a negative score if possible. Poor communication all the way around. Something that should have taken 2-3 days for install at most, has been going on 7 months. With excuses on every question you ask to why it isn’t finished.

These people call all the time despite me requesting that they stop. I send their phone numbers to voicemail but they keep calling from new numbers. I've been reporting them to the FTC.If you look them up online you'll see it's just a high pressure sale based company with overpriced products.

I had a whole house of windows installed and then gutter guards at the time they did my gutter guards the company knew they were probably closing because they close the company four months after I had them done and now there is no warranty work the windows have leaked all through the house no warranty work they just disappeared off the face of the planetService: Double pane window installation & replacement
