Had malfunction with new system. True to their promise, a friendly and efficient team of techs were at home quickly and solved the issue within minutes. Throughout the process of replacing my old unit and this minor glitch due to an original drain tube, I’m completely satisfied and confident in RAM. Residential Air has completed well over 100 projects for my company including change outs and new installations. They are always on time and complete jobs within our schedule. They are very fairly priced and stand behind their work. The service techs work long hours so there is always someone to come out fast if there is an issue or a unit needs service. I have used other companies in the past but always keep coming back to Residential air because of their quality, customer service and price!

Residential Heating and Air replaced my son's downstairs 17 year old AC unit with a Trane AC unit. However, they did not replace the 17 year old thermostat. When I called Trane they said that the thermostat was an accessory and they had never heard of a company that did not install a new thermostat especially that old with a new one. I spoke with Kevin who was rather rude and told him I would buy a thermostat if he would install for free but he said I would have to pay a $100 service call. I feel like the company was very unprofessional to not know that a 17 year old thermostat should be replaced when a brand new unit was installed. I will be needing a new upstairs unit soon but I will definitely not be calling residential heating and air to replace that unit!Service: Install AC

After R&M fixed my parents unit last week, they scheduled for them to come see what was wrong with my unit. The repairman showed up on time. He answered all our questions enthusiastically and professionally. He was also able to fix my HVAC very quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg! I highly recommend R & M! Great service. I waited 6 month to leave review for them wanted to make sure the unit and workmanship was done wright. They replaced my 12 year air unit and it works great. I did see my utility bill go down a lot.They called me 30 days after the unit was installed to make sure everything was working good.Thank you guys.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect experience, Sergey came on Friday afternoon, gave me the best quote for the same quality system at a great price .Started job 9 am Tuesday and Danny and Dakota arrived at nine started the job to replace 2 , 25 yr old units with duct work in a HOT attic , had the first one installed and cooling by 1 pm , returned next day @ 9 again, second unit in by 1 pm also .All three answered all my questions and second guessing the job !!I can’t praise this company enough for service, price and care .Thank you again ,Melinda PenneyServices: Install thermostat, HVAC duct & vent installation

Avoid this company at all cost. They are fast to come out when you are dropping $5k on a new HVAC unit but when you have problems with it 6 months later you can never get them back out to do repairs because they can’t make money because of the 1 year labor warranty Trane requires them to provide. Diane the secretary will schedule you and then call u last minute and say they can’t make it and then say it will be several days before we can get out there so I’m sure you want to call another company out so u don’t have to wait for cold AC on 98 degree days. Don’t fall into the same trap I did. Look elsewhere.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Arrived late for appointment, however completed work in a satisfactory time frame thus not too upset to begin with. However after they left, the unit broke and I called them back out. They said they will be there in between 4 and 5. I called at 510 and they finally arrived at 830. Tech said it was too late for him to fix it and they would come back tomorrow. They didn't. I had it fixed by another company and they discovered the problem to be a joke of an uncovered wiring done outside that got rained on and shorted the system. I have attached a picture if you need proof. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Literally there are 5 more within 10 miles of this one. Pick any one of those. If you don't, just know you have been warned.

The two young guys that came out were very professional and well-mannered. My landlord had them come out and replace our whole unit. They kept me informed about what they were doing, what to expect, the whole nine yards. I highly recommend this company. And I will be telling the landlord to use only them and no one else. RAM has installed a full HVAC system in one of my houses and was very responsive to come out throughout that project. They have also cleaned and inspected the unit at another house for me. The tech did a very thorough job of cleaning the exterior heat exchange unit.

The worker told us he replaced our motor but replaced a switch. The worker told both my dissabled veteran and my self he replaced the motor. The unit ran but our fan did not move it almost burnt my entire unit up! The manager offered no help. She stated call better business she did not care! I bet she will care when our attorney from the DISSABLED AMERICAN VETERAN ASSOCIATION contacts the owner! I would not recommend this company to take out my trash..😔

Am very happy with this company; I had Sergio come to my home, and he spent a lot of time in the pouring rain to get my unit up to speed for winter. Liked them so much that I had them come to my mother's house. They are my GO TO company for issues around heat and air!

Less than Poor character...I've got $18k worth of new Trane equiptment that was installed incorrectly by Kevin Tipton...and or Residential Air and Maintenance.... and it hasn't work at all since day one (going on for 1.5 years)...run from Residential Air, and Kevin Tipton.Trane engineering and those in higher positions of authority in the Trane system also showed less that POOR character...both them and Kevin refuse to correct their mistakes...Kevin boldly says:unless I pay more...yes you heard me correctly...he had to audacity to ask me to pay to correct their incompetence.Call Trane and ask to speak with engineering dept...there's is not one...no distract or regional rep with Trane is willing to take responsibility for their instructed mistakes (yes they too mislead Kevin as he blames them).BUY CARRIER form Someone else.I've been in Real Estate and construction for 30 years in our CHATT. North Ga....ITS UNFORTUNATE when you see the real character when someone is faced with having to correct their mistakes at their cost...in this case POOR character ran from making it right.See you in court Kevin Tipton and Residential Air!

I’m sure they are lovely and competent people when they aren’t doing 55 through a residential area and crossing 3 lanes of traffic recklessly to get onto the freeway. Then the “lady” in passenger seats leans out her window while going down the freeway to angrily give me the finger. Probably not the best idea when you are in a company vehicle. Maybe they need some anger management or public relation courses to help with their interactions with potential clients. Just saying...

They will take your money if you're getting a new system. But if it's 4 years old they only have time for units 1 year old.. You can call someone else. This is the second time in four years we had to have a part replaced.Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
