I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Tony and his crew! Topper’s Roofing replaced my fathers roof last month. Tony came out and gave us an estimate. He walked us through everything that needed to be done. He then contacted our insurance company and it all went so smoothly! The process was quick and painless. When a tree fell on our house back in 2018, it was during our son's birthday party at night during a major storm. It plunged branches through the house and through the ceiling. Tony came out and put a tarp over it during this storm. I can't express how much of a relief it was to have them respond so quickly as we had water just pouring into our house. Tony then guided us through the Insurance maze which was scary. One thing that I really like about Tony and his team is that he trusted them enough to let his site manager manage the work. So we didn't have to talk to Tony. This shows a mature team. Fast forward 4 years and the recent snow storm and we had water get in through the Vent boot which technically not apart of the roof. It drained all the way down 2 stories into our master bedroom closed. Tony used his drone to diagnose the problem and fixed it for free even though it wasn't something they installed. He said, "I am in the neighborhood already and it doesn't cost much to replace it." Tony and his crew are pros at what they do. A few years back Toppers replaced our roof due to hail damage. A little while back we developed a leak around a vent pipe on the roof. We called Tony as soon as we found that night and he was at our house first thing the next morning. He found the problem using his drone, took care of the problem and when asked how much we owed for the service, he told us that he appreciated the opportunity to serve his customers.
