Gary Brannon was recommended to me by Darlene Young (owner of Gold N Locks) after storm damage to the roof of my home. I made an appointment with him for an inspection. He showed up when scheduled and gave me a written estimate - which I considered reasonable. I was impressed with his kind nature, his knowledge and professionalism. He did a great repair job, cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away.Unfortunately, a year later I had damage to my property from another storm that came through Rome, GA. There was no question at that time who to call for repair. Gary Brannon came immediately, worked hard, repaired the damage, and did some additional work that I needed. We’ve been told multiple times someone would come out and check on the work unfortunately ,I went ahead and paid for. My husband arranged his schedule to be here several times now, and no one showed or called to say they couldn’t make it. The work ,although the main source of the leak has been stopped, looks unfinished and unprofessional.Ive saved all the texts where we have been assured someone would be here that day to check/finish work.This company has a good reputation, so hopefully I’ll have a happy ending to update review. I paid alot of money for work that has not been checked or completed.Work done doesn't match/blend in. I will have to have someone else come out to make repair look as if It matches the house. Repair looks cheap, it wasn't.

The ONLY roofing company in Rome that would actually come out and do a job! We had been looking for someone for weeks and we were continuously “stood up” they were all no call back and no shows! But Brannon and Sons were there the next morning after I called and they completed the job that day! We are so thankful that there are some businesses still wanting to be honest and do good work!!
