Met Mr. Randy at my residence because a tree limb did some damage to my roof. When I called and spoke to him, he was very knowledgeable, he was understanding, and sympathetic to what I was needing to feel secure in my home. He came out, looked at the work was very knowledgeable about what I needed, didn’t try to haggle me about price, understood deeply the position that I was in and what I was working with. After speaking with him, I felt confident that the work was going to be done in an efficient and effective manner. I am so happy that I got a chance to meet Mr. Randy and see the amazing work that he can do and that he did for me and my family. All I can say is thank you Mr. Randy for sticking by your word to do an amazing job for me and my family,taking into consideration my finance at the time. Roofers with integrity! Dawn came by and gave me an inspection, she sent me a full roof report with photos and told me I still have time before I need a replacement but to call her if I get any crazy wind or hail storms. I'll definitely go with Buckhead to do my roof!

So about a month ago a tree fell on my house and completely busted the roof above my living room. I immediately spoke with my insurance company and of course they started dragging my claim out. i figured my best bet was to look elsewhere and find a quicker more efficient way to have my roof fixed before further damages occurred. I did a little research and i came across Buckhead Roofing. I spoke directly on the phone with Stewart Davis and his over the phone mannerisms made me feel like this problem was valid and worth his time. He was able to efficiently replace my roof in no time, THANKFULLY because of yesterdays storm, i would’ve been screwed. My insurance company still hasn’t called me back about my claim so that goes to show you how much time and resources i saved by seeking out Buckhead Roofing. Huge thanks to Stewart Davis for answering my call in such a timely manner and taking the stress off my shoulders.

I had a tree fall on my house in the recent storm in SC- Dawn with Buckhead Roofing showed up very knowledgeable and compassionate about how to handle this. She called a tree company to have the tree removed that day, tarped everything so no water would get in, and met my insurance adjuster since I know nothing about how all this works. I was terrified but Buckhead really has great communication as well as putting my anxious mind at ease!

I recently hired Buckhead Roofing to replace my roof after a recent storm did significant damage. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them. They eased our burden by working directly with the insurance adjuster and inspector. They communicated with me every step of the way and explained things thoroughly. On the day of the installation, the roofing crew worked efficiently and were able to get it all done in one day, working until after dark with flashlights to clean up. I am very pleased with the level of service they provided.
