The good news is that the materials were top notch and I THINK it was done right. I have a few doubts about previous problem areas of the roof because I was unable to communicate with the crew due to language barrier. However, they were efficient and hard working. They seemed to know their job well which gives me some assurance. The Camco rep on-site could not answer most questions and could not communicate with the crew any better than I could. After signing with them and they got the initial check (50%), the sales guy who promised to be with me through every step, really ghosted me for a while. I had to start calling the office to get the install date set up. They also told me there was a 10-year warranty from leaks. I asked for this in writing and kept being told it would be provided after payment, after signing for completion etc. so many times it seemed they were doging it. After it was all done, someone showed me where the warranty from the manufacturer had the provision. If they had been able to tell me it would be there to begin with, I would have been fine with that. The customer service person at their office was really trying her best to answer me, she just did not have the answers and was having to chase others for them. My hope is that they can use this feedback to improve so that future customers can recommend them without hesitation.

Andrew and the Camco team replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. They communicated, were on time, and cleaned up nicely once they finished. I highly recommend Camco for all your roofing & clean-up needs!

Very responsive at first with the potential for a new roof. Once we got everything approved thru insurance and paid them the first part of the roof, they took 20 days to get our roof on (last Saturday). There are They have not answered a single phone call since I paid them only July 18 and we still don’t have a schedule set for the interior work to be completed. I will not use this company again.

CAMCO did an excellent job replacing our roof in one day that was damaged by wind and hail.The crew also did a fantastic job cleaning up around the house after the job was complete. Dustin, salesman, tarped our roof to prevent further interior damage, assisted with the insurance paperwork, and followed up when the job was complete. We would definitely recommend CAMCO for roofing services.

The man does not pay his workers, my husband was working with him and he did not pay, here we have the messages and address of the house that he built, my husband had to pay the people. Don't trust

We contracted with CAMCO Services to perform work on our house. They never finished what was contracted, and the items they did complete took months. It took nearly a year to finally get in touch with someone to come to an agreement to only pay for the services that were completed. I would not use them again, and would not recommend.
