Going through the reviews, I see I am not the only one that has had poor workmanship regarding my gutters. All I had done by them was gutter installation. My home is an old home. As the gutters were going up, it was discovered that the facia in one spot, according to them was rotted and needed replacing. I agreed and had that done otherwise the gutter would not have been properly hung. As it turned out, one year later there was a heavy rainstorm that caused one of the gutters on a different area to come away from the facia. The facia on this side was so rotted that it could not hold up the gutter. I called to have this gutter area fixed. I was told that I was no longer under warranty. I shouldn't even have to hear that excuse, but had them go ahead and do what's necessary to fix it right. The facia on that whole side of the house and around the corner was replaced. The original gutter was put back into place. The amount of money I paid was as much as I paid the previous year per linear footage. After the job was finished, I inspected. There is a portion where the gutter is not flush with the roofline or facia whereas there is light coming through. That means water is now coming through that spot before going into the gutter. I look at it as a sloppy job. (see photos) I told Todd, sent pictures. He comes back at me with all kinds of excuses. You know, 'old house', 'facia not straight'. You would think if the original was hung on rotted wood with their professional workers that they should at least do a 'professional' job the second time around. Especially since I paid for that too. I've been getting all kinds of excuses each time I call to get this one small issue cleaned up or taken care of. I don't want to hear one more time how honest Todd is or how it's my fault that this original rehung gutter is, so I've given up. I would say that since the job was paid for and it wasn't a big roofing job, there is no reason to come back and satisfy this customer.

Cornerstone Construction and Todd Parris were an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first time I gave them a call all the way up to the completion of the job. I desperately needed to have my gutters cleaned and repaired, and in the end I trusted them enough to also add & install gutter guards all around my home as well. Cody and his team were also fantastic to work with and the job was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of gutter or roofing repair at their own homes. Todd and his crew were very professional, efficient and prompt. Todd answers and returns phone calls very promptly. So refreshing in theses days when others ghost you or never return calls requesting service. I had gutter repair and exchanged inadequate leaf guards for new ones. I wouldn't recommend this company to use for gutter replacement. They install defective products and do not stand good with their service and warranty repairs. Even offered to pay them to come and repair the mistakes they made in the beginning and still wouldn't do it. Also offered to add an additional job on another building of mine and they didn't have time to give me a quote or even entertain an estimate. Poor workmanship and poor quality products.
