This is a company that I have trusted for many of projects and problems that came up unexpectedly over the years. They repaired my AC System, done electrical work, custom laundry room table, and built an amazingly sturdy fence (4 years ago and still looks excellent) to name a few projects. Hands down a company you can trust and will do excellent work!

We had a small job, install new chair rails in the formal living room, that needed to be completed quickly before putting our house on the market for sale. While it was a small job, the gentleman from Mr. Fix-It did not treat it as such. He did an excellent job quickly, and we could not have been happier with the results. I had to redo my previous comments. The Mr. Fix-It team has gone downhill since I last used them. They came out for an estimate for many things. The biggest was a ceiling drywall where they quoted me $24k. I few days later, I decided to take care of some of the other items that they quoted. Suddenly, their drywall price went up to $32k. I think they over quoted other items and then suddenly increased the one item I wanted to get completed. I canceled and went with another contractor and had it done for $24k. I would not use these guys again.

Got a quote for a job to be done. The day of the job arrived and a worker came 2 1/2 hours early, but with no supplies, materials or tools. He then left saying he was going to "clarify" things with the office. At first I didn't think much of it all since it was 2 1/2 hours early. Then once the approved and agreed upon time came,then went I began getting frustrated. We were told by Cray that once things got figured out with the staff I'd get a call. Finally I received a call from a Florida number and from someone from the so called company I had never spoken with. In broken English he stated he wanted to reschedule the start time for 3 days later (Monday) at 9 am. Once I asked for him to text or email this to me so I could have it in writing he stated he was CANCELING the job altogether. Keep in mind, asking for this change in writing was requested solely for holding this company accountable after already being let down and aspects of an accepted quote being not honored.I wouldn't recommend this company to do anything in or around my home. ONE MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT.Services: General repairs, Repair flooring
