In His Hands Contractors were referred to me by my brother, who had used them in the past for a roof replacement. They came highly recommended. I contacted IHH about needing a new roof after some storm damage and also some siding on the front of my house that was also damaged/rotten and needed replaced. IHH were quick to come give me an inspection and estimate, timely and fair on the quote I was given, and provided high quality work within a couple weeks. My new roof is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The current siding I was having replaced was no longer being manufactured and could not be purchased anymore so this was a little bit of a challenge (I already knew it wasn’t being sold anymore going into the repair) and Jonathan Wyatt worked hard to find the best, most cost effective, and aesthetically please solution for me. In His Hands did a wonderful job on our roof replacement! The crew was respectful and worked very efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. It's been about two months and we haven't had any leaks. Unfortunately, we had a large branch hit the roof and Jonathan was able to rework his schedule to get someone out that same day to repair the damage. I had an excellent experience with In His Hands.Jonathan was my contractor and he followed through with being so prompt in answered my calls and emails.He was spot on with having my roof put on with exactly the day he had promised.He went over and beyond by helping me get some lumber to fix an area where squirrels had destroyed my cedar.There was another area that required carpentry and wood and this was done at a very economic price.The clean up afterwards was done perfectly!My husband died last year and it was a blessing to have such a Godly man like Jonathan to help me with my roof.This is without a doubt the best experience I have had with contractors and I would give In His Hands an A+.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

First appointment they cancelled something came up, second appointment they no showed. I called the office and the lady said she would have the guy call us back, no call back. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend. There’s plenty of roofing companies out there that would love to get paid to complete a roof job.

Polite, well informed, honest and addressed our concerns both big and small. He provided step by step details of what needed to be done and the products to be used, without being overbearing. We purchased a home recently, realized there was a minor roof leak where the chimney and roof meet, got In His Hands name from the previous owner, and Jonathan and the Team frankly could not have been more responsive and solution-oriented. They immediately scheduled to come out and inspect the area in question, along with the entire roof. Upon identifying the area to fix, they again immediately scheduled a date and time and successfully remedied the leak. I so enjoy working with this wonderful family-owned company. They installed my new roof two years ago, and again last week following the East Brainerd Easter tornado. Jonathan walked my roof, let me know I needed a total replacement and even worked directly with my insurance company to explain their invoice and they agreed to the full cost after initially discounting their payment to me. Their crews work very hard - long days, do excellent work, protected my landscaping and left my property clean. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Just by looking at my roof, I can tell the quality and craftsmanship of the install of my roof is superior to the original when it was built. Hands down (pun intended) the best contractor I've worked with on any house project. Family owned, great values, incredible people from the owners to the work crews and subcontractors. If I have a need that they specialize in again, I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. I won a contest to get a new roof a couple of years ago and these guys are the ones who did my roof. I have never met a nicer bunch of guys. They were very professional but also personable.
