Jeff is a thief... he thinks he can literally demand payment upfront, not provide an itemized list and tell you that you get what you get when the material doesn't even add up to the amount you paid him. He will lie, threaten, scream, and carryon like a 5 year old that never had a proper correction. I'm surprised that he has any business left at all, although not a single person that I've encountered in the metal building business will work with him locally. Save your energy.

The product was great but everytime we went to him (3 times) our price was different. We paid a certain amt for 8 pieces the next time we went we got 5 pieces and pd the exact same price. When we questioned him he said cause we didn't buy in bulk. I understand bulk prices but we didn't buy in bulk the first time either and he charged more than he was suppose to for taxes also. I have receipts to prove it also and like all the others he's not a very pleasant person either. Finding somewhere else to go this time.

I have done buisness with this company for many years. Always had a good price, good material and Jeff is always willing to help with any problem that came up. He has always been nice and friendly. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

The website says "Let us coach you through your metal roof installation." There was hardly any coaching about it. I was trying to purchase for my small roof project and everything that came from the gentleman's mouth was criticism and humiliation. Only, if you can get past this and I think social anxiety issues then you may see a somewhat kind man with a buttload of coaching. He kept harping on the lack of information but his website doesn't reveal any details of what information is required before placing the order.Purchasing was not a pleasant experience. I would suggest calling him first and ask what kind of information is necessary. And remember, this guy is such a smart azz that he can sit on a tub of ice cream and tell what flavor it is. So, fair warning.... other than this, the quality of this product seems good and the coaching was much appreciative.

Terribly rude man! I called in search of touch-up paint for metal roofing that someone gave me for free. His response was "If you bought your roofing somewhere else, what are you calling me for?" and hung up! Unbelievable...
