Luis and Cowboy Construction did a great job on my roof. I first used them in 2018 to replace my roof. Five years later, I called them because I had a rodent problem caused by access through the soffits. Although I hired a rodent removal company to address the issue, they kept saying that there was a problem with the roof. Despite the fact that that wasn’t the cause, Cowboy Construction continued to respond to my calls to check out various possibilities until the problem was resolved. I would recommend Luis and Cowboy Construction anytime.

Luis was very courteous and prompt. He took photos of my shingle issue and explained the problem. Luis was ready and able to handle my repair on the spot. He completed the repair quickly. Looking for roof replacement, got multiple quotes way beyond our retiree budget. Found Luis at Cowboy Construction on Craigslist and gave him a call. He came out the same day and gave us his quote which was the first that was actually within our budget. We agreed to the price. He worked directly with us to select a shingle color that we liked that was in stock locally. He was able to get all the materials staged at our house by the end of the day after the day he gave us the quote. His crew was here at sunrise the next day and worked professionally with great coordination and astonishing speed. IT WAS LESS THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME HE GAVE US THE QUOTE TO TOTAL COMPLETION INCLUDING COMPLETE CLEANUP OF THE ENTIRE AREA!!BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!! and we've used contractors for new construction and storm-related repair.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we will be contacting Luis and his company for future remodeling work!

I called Luis last year after speaking with several of the large Corporate owned roofing companies. He came out promptly and we discussed what I needed. I knew right away we were going to go with his company but at the last minute I had to delay the work but emailed him almost a year later. He was able to schedule me in within two weeks and despite me adding some last minute gutter damage, him and his team were able to finish in one day. The quaity of the work and the attention to detail was top notch. The extra work I asked last minute was all well done and exceeded my expectations. It's not too often you are pleasantly surprised by a company in today's environment, but The Cowboy Roofer is one of those types of organizations that will provide service and knowledge that surpassed my expectations. I called Luis 11:00 am and and by 2:30 his team was already working on my roof. He identified a quick solution and gave a fair quote of the repair. I first needed gutter cleaning service and repair work around a damaged attic vent. My wife started calling roofing contractors in the South Atlanta area and this is the only contractor who would even consider cleaning gutters. Had a roof leak near the chimney on an old country home in Barnesville. These guys came out, replaced rotted plywood, and redid the flashing around the chimney. They did an excellent job. This house was 3 stories high, with a steep roof, and I have no idea how they had the nerve to be working that high near the edge. Awesome job guys. Thank you.

Luis and his crew were phenomenal! From the estimate phase to the finish phase. Very fast and professional. Cleanup was very efficient. They did the roof in one day. They worked a long 12 hour day. My roof is very steep with a lot of angles and they made it look easy! I would highly recommend Luis for your roofing needs. 5+ stars!
