I have had several roofs installed in my lifetime. My experience with Cole Nolan and Kaiser Siding and Roofing has been the best ever. Cole is meticulous at identifying issues with your roof and providing an accurate, detailed estimate to make sure all the bases are covered. He relieves you of the burden of dealing with your insurance company, if your damage is from a storm like ours was, and all you have to concern yourself with is watching an expert in action. Originally engaged Kaiser Siding and Roofing to inspect a recurring leak. Cole Nolan was sent out to inspect and provide estimate. Cole found the reason for the reoccurrence was due hail and wind damage, which the previous contractor failed to mentioned and charged me for repair that was going to fail. Cole walked us through the claim process and provided the carrier with the needed data to approve the claim to replace the roof. Cole returned and went through the products they offer and associated cost. We agreed upon the materials and price and scheduled the same day. The process was easy and without pressure. Roof was put on in one day and the crew was great. The roof looks great and they cleaned up like it was their house. In a time when customer service is a lost art it is refreshing to work with professionals like Michael Kaiser and his team. Our experience with Kaiser Siding and Roofing began with replacement of our 20+ year old roof, which between age and weather damage, had seen better days. Sales manager Andrew Schneider came to prepare an estimate, handle communications with the insurance company, show product samples, etc. Once the project was agreed upon, the work was scheduled and completed in a single day (and ours is a fairly large and complicated roof). Site was left clean with no damage to landscaping etc. Never found a single nail on the ground anywhere.Then as we were settling up for the roofing job, we mentioned that our deck was the next project we needed to get after. Well, it turns out that Kaiser does this as well. So we hired them to put down new decking as well as adding a covered area, repair some wood rot and paint the exterior of our home. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of this project! The crew was here most every day, except when weather prevented outdoor work. Andrew did an excellent job of communicating throughout the project and never failed to respond to messages in a timely fashion.Kaiser was very professional and thorough on both projects, completed in a timely fashion and left the property clean upon completion. I'm not sure of where to start. From the moment that my husband and I met Mike, we immediately knew that we were going with his company. We had a few other roofing companies to give us quotes but none compared to Kaiser Roofing. Granted, they were all around the same ballpark regarding pricing but for us it was about much more than that. Mike was professional at all times but also very personable. Our interaction was more of that of a family friend and not someone we were actually doing business with. This meant alot to us. He was in constant communication with us and was always available if we had any questions. The job was completed in a timely manner and we are completely satisfied with the work that was done. We have received several compliments about our roof. I have used Kaiser Siding and Roofing for each over the past few years. There quality of work and follow-up on each endeavor has been excellent. My most recent experience has been the installation of "solid" surface gutter toppers recommended/offered by Kaiser. Again, they displayed exemplary attention to detail in installation, and the gutter toppers have met expectations in recent rains. I am awaiting a "torrential downpour" we often have in this area to see how well the gutter toppers perform. I have high expectations.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. When other roofers wouldn’t call me back, these guys came out the day after I called them. Drake was awesome! They took a lot of the work with the insurance company off my plate. Finished my roof replacement in two days!
