I reached out to John with R4 restoration for an estimate on a property I was considering buying in November 2023. The crawl space was covered in mold. John was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. We moved forward with the remediation and also encapsulation of the crawl space. The team that did the work was top notch. I showed up one day and the main gentleman doing the work insisted on walking me around and proudly showing me what they had done. It was evident he took so much pride in his work and taking care of customers, a rare trait lately. In the few months since I have had the work done, numerous contractors have been in and out of the crawl space (electricians, plumbers, termite inspector..) All of them have commented on how good my crawl space looks and the exceptional quality of the work. Having all these people confirm the quality of the work is a great feeling .

I do not recommend them. I had a $100K insurance job to rebuild after storm damage. It was problematic throughout. They use substandard labor and materials and do not supervise sub contractors. The so-called accountant for R4 actually threatened me and was not even good at accounting. Bottom line, do not work with these people, find someone else.

My husband and I have been meeting with different contractors trying to find a company to do our renovations before we move into our new home. We met with a few before finding R4 restorations and decided to see what type of estimate they would give us (we had some give is outrageous estimates for even the smallest of jobs like pricing the master bath as a 50k job when all we’re doing is changing from a single to a double vanity and replacing the shower). But then halfway during our meeting I was told by Jeremy, “I was skeptical to come out here because of the amount you said you wanted to spend” - translation: “I didn’t want to come out here because I thought you were poor and couldn’t afford our services”. All because I asked like any NORMAL person how much something would cost. I was asked upon scheduling how much I wanted to spend so I told the lady realistically I didn’t want to spend over a certain amount. That does NOT mean that was the cap budget amount. But to have the GM actually state that he was skeptical to come out because of the amount stated that I WANTED to spend (not how much I COULD spend) was highly UNprofessional. And when he found out we had already met with a few contractors before him he seemed offended and said “then why am I here”. I’m sorry but I don’t know of ANYBODY who meets with only 1 or 2 contractors and settles on one. I allowed him to finish doing whatever he needed to do but to be honest we will not be going with them. If their GM can speak to a potential client that way then that’s not the company for us.

I highly recommend these guys! Very professional! We discovered some water in the basement from a rodent. R4 immediately came out and kept the site extremely clean. The put down floor cover from the entry door to the work site. Removed all the water damaged floors. Set up the fans and dried us out. It worked out great. We couldn’t be happier with the work. R4 restoration came to inspect a property for my friend. I am so glad and happy she had that done and did not move into the property. R4 quickly determined that the house was unsafe to live in due to mold growth and other problems with the place. R4 restoration provided her a very detailed 104 page report complete with pictures and detailed cost breakdowns that could be given to an insurance company if needed. Thank you so much to R4 restoration for providing excellent detailed information so my friend was able to make an informed decision about that property. I'm so happy I found Jeremy and his team at R4! A friend referred me years ago and since then R4 has helped me with work at two houses and a business property over the years. When a tree fell on my house during a storm, they handled the insurance companies and got me every possible dollar to repair my house. I experienced two occasions with R4 Restoration. One was due to flooding. The second was a clean-up after another remolding company did poor work. R4 was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. And they did great job as usual. They helped us isolate some open rooms and installed negative pressure filtration systems. It was great having professional help and they even provided some awesome photos and video footage for us to use in our social media posts. I called R4 when my washer started to flood and checked our crawlspace to make sure it hadn’t gotten through. It didn’t but thank goodness they checked because they noticed a leak from our master bathroom that we couldn’t see from in the house and it had created a bigger problem with mold in the crawlspace. They were great to get a crew there quickly to get it all removed and everything cleaned back up. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend!

R4 did an excellent job of redoing our entire walk-in tile shower after a botched attempt by a previous person. However, unfortunately there was a small defect in the shower liner that was used, and it caused a very slow leak over time (about 1.5 years).So why am I giving R4 a Five-star review if the original installation failed? It's simple, it's because of how Paulo, Matthew, Gabby and others handled themselves once the problem was brought to their attention. Once they verified where the leak was coming from, they promptly began work on repairing the entire floor of the shower, without any cost to me, under warranty.They also took the time to understand what went wrong during the initial install, and made sure to remedy it. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and courteous. It's rare that you find a company that stands behind their work nowadays, R4 is one of those companies.Service: Tile work installation
