Zach at MVW Roofing responded to our call immediately and performed a new construction roofing inspection for us. From beginning to end, it was exceptional service! Professional and thorough communication from everyone on the team. They understood our urgency on what we needed and got it done with a fast turnaround time. The inspection report was detailed and included pictures and videos identifying deficiencies. Zach also met with our insurance company and worked with them to get a better settlement. Brad conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and attic, taking a detailed history and pinpointing numerous areas of concern with past leaks. He compiled a detailed estimate of the necessary work, then showed us samples of various materials and roofing styles and colors available. He also noted the warranty details for the work to be performed, while also noting the military and first responder discount. At the culmination of his visit, we signed a contract and eagerly look forward to having the work completed.

Zach was extremely helpful and professional. He fought with my insurance company for 2 months back and forth to help get me more money for my replacement. He was very thorough in his evaluation and took pictures from every angle of the roof identifying the damage and what materials would be required to return it to new condition. He worked hand in hand with my property manager Leanna, keeping her updated as well as myself on the status of my claim. I will be using MVW for any and all future repairs for my investment property. Choosing MVW Roofing was by far the best choice I could have made! Brad and Mitch were exceptional to work with. We realized we needed a new roof after experiencing a bad hail storm that left holes and divots in our roof. We made this realization right before hurricane Idalia came through.
