Associate Cody Haggard was pleasant and knowledgeable about the company and product and was never ”pushy”. He answered all our many questions in a very polite way. The crew appeared to be expert in their skills. We will certainly pass the word along.

3 Kings group were supportive with me in every step in getting my new roof after some recent storm damage. Cheiss Crosby initially made the first contact with me. He’s a nice young man with a slow southern voice and smiles a lot. When I asked why he stopped at my house, he told me, “To be honest, I was passing by on the other road (Waring St.), and I just went & turned down this road. Then I saw your roof.” Cheiss patiently helped me work through the process with the insurance company. Later when i came home on April 4th after an appt. to find roofing material in my yard w/o notice, I called Cheiss. He reassured me he’d get me some answers & he did. On installation day Friday April 5th , Mitchell Ryan was there the 8 hours overseeing the 6 men putting on the new roof. Once that was completed their cleanup left my yard clear of all debris. I appreciate 3 Kings patience in waiting for the Insurance check to come to me to pay them. I’m very satisfied with my end results & the peace of mind it gives me.

Among all contractors used for home projects, 3 Kings Roofing displayed a champion level of customer care i havent seen in a while, making sure everything was done to my satisfaction and providing me a quality roof for my family for many years to come! A++++!
