We experienced our first southern hail storm and were unaware of even questioning the level of damage it can cause on a roof until we started to see roofing signs propped in yards in the area.Thankfully Jasper knocked on our door and so I’m not sure if we chose Platinum or they chose us, but from that initial meeting, we knew we were in capable hands.Jasper was thorough and transparent, helping us understand everything from how our insurance works, helped us file the claim, (even recognized and took additional photos of non-roof related damage for us), met with our insurance adjuster, explained the quality of Platinum’s products, their warranty and his personal promise that we were going to love the end result. Additionally, his quote was right in line with my insurance company, giving me the assurance we were getting a fair and honest price.When the day came, the crew was on time and got right to work. They spread out tarps to protect our grass and sheets of plywood to protect our pool pump and AC unit from any falling debris. Their care prior to the work and the cleanup job after were exemplary. They were professional and fast, starting and completing the job in less than a day. And while they were here, Jasper called, checking in to see if I had any questions or concerns.I think, like many people, using an out of town company is concerning, but it was due to our trust in Jasper and his knowledge and professionalism, that we did. What could’ve been a huge inconvenience and pain was really a non-event and I owe thanks to Platinum Roofing for that! From our very first interaction with Jasper to the completion, this was a breeze and we love the finished product!

From the first communication to the completion of the roof, Hunter and Parker were great. They both worked hard not only to provide us with excellent service but peace of mind as well. Had roof damage after a hurricane. My tarting company put me in touch with Jasper at Platinum Roofing. His responsiveness and transparency during the process was awesome. Their crew did great work and didn’t leave any trash and hardly any roofing tacks in the yard. After Jasper picked up the last check, he noticed something about the work the crew had done that he wasn’t fully satisfied with (I had not even noticed it). We recently incurred heavy damage to our home after a hurricane. Reached out to Platinum and Tuzer was at home inspecting in a couple days despite all the roofing needs in our area. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold something, treated fairly and with respect. They were quick to get us scheduled, crew did a thorough job and completed in 1 day. The owner himself even inspected the job after it was completed that night. We did have one area that wasn’t sealed completely, they repaired it immediately. We recently hired Platinum Roofing after a hailstorm in Dothan AL. We thought we had no reason to even bother getting an inspection as all looked intact and without flaw from the ground. Our Platinum representative Shawn came out and offered a free inspection. He showed us multiple photos and explained the damage in detail. Shawn was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I dealt with Patrick. He was very professional and informative. After talking with him we decided to go with TPO on our flat roof. We have struggled with this roof leaking and getting it fixed over and over for the past 8 years. Platinum came out replaced the plywood and laid the TPO. It was done in 2 days. So far so good. Everything was done in a timely matter. They were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

My insurance adjustor did a full roof inspection and only approver repair of the backside of my roof following a serious storm. I called Platinum Roofing (PR) to get a qoute. Jasper (Roofing Consultant PR) is who came out to inspect for the repair.He was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I explained to him what my insurance adjustor would approve. He asked if I'd mind if he did a full inspection. During his inspection he found damage that my insurance adjustor either missed or overlooked during their inspection. He contacted my insurance with his findings and asked for my insurance company to conduct a re-inspection on my behalf. When my insurance adjustor came back out, Jasper made sure he was here for the re-inspection and explained all of his findings that were previouly missed or not considered storm damage. My roof replacment got approved and Jasper explained the process moving forward and was available for any and all questions.When the day came for the replacement, the crew was at my house prepping to start work at 6:30 am. ( This was huge for me. I've delt with several companies in Valdosta and timeliness is not a top concern for them nor is informing me of any changes).The crew did a great job not only on my roof but also cleaning up all materials and debris. I'm very satisfied with my Platinum Roofing experience.Also, Jasper came out on his on during both days of the replacement process just to make sure everything was going well. He is the real deal and a joy to work with.

I recently had some damage to my roof and called several places to get someone to come out to give me an estimate, Jeremy at Platinum was the only one that followed through with showing up and giving the best customer service. Jeremy was very quick to come out and give me an estimate, giving me several options to choose from, and helping me understand how the insurance process would work. I had my roof picked out and the process started within a week.I was very impressed when Jeremy called and told me the day they would deliver the products and that they would be there the following day to install, he was true to his word and I am more than pleased! The roofers were very pleasant and took extra precautions in making sure that everything was cleaned up and put back into place when they finished.My new roof looks awesome, and this day and time, customer service speaks volumes!I would highly recommend Platinum for all of your roofing needs…

We were very pleased with Platinum Roofing. I called on a Saturday morning after we experienced a heavy rain and discovered water damage on the ceiling. A friend recommended Platinum, so I called on a Saturday. I received a call back within a couple of hours, and on Sunday afternoon the roofing specialist, Paul, called to schedule an inspection. He came on Monday and quickly found what we believe to be the issue, chimney flashing and missing caulking. They could not do the repair for us, but made recommendations. I was really impressed with the communication and scheduling process. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

I had multiple leaks on my 25 year old roof. Matt and his team at Platinum did an amazing job installing a new metal roof for me. I had used them once before last year to install a shingles roof and was impressed with their service, but this time was even more amazing. This barn red metal really brought some color to my bland brick home. As you can see from the photos, the roof has a many peaks and crevices, which meant that the metal had to be cut to a variety of different sizes and lay just perfectly to fit the dimensions. This was no easy job, but the team at Platinum arrived early around seven or eight every morning and stayed until almost 7 or eight every night to get the job completed in a timely manner. In addition, Matt stayed in touch with me by email and text whenever necessary to let me know about completion dates and updates on the status of the roof. I can say that now that I’ve gone to metal, I will probably never go back to shingles again in any home that I own. I would definitely give Matt and his team 10 stars for all of their effort.

The entire experience was seamless and on time! I had asked for quotes from 4 other contractors including non-reputable ones, and they charged me more along with questionable warranties. Platinum Roofing got me signed, and one week later I had my roof finished in one day. They only offer high quality roofing with the Owens Corning system including Owens Corning components. By default, they offer Platinum Protection, which provides you with 50 years on the architectural shingles and 25 years on the labor. Paul was a responsive, friendly salesman.
