The owner was very easy to work with (in the beginning). She helped me get the insurance to cover a claim they should have covered 2 years prior. The whole process took about a year to get my insurance to cut a check to replace my roof. When they finally paid, I couldn’t get her on the phone to schedule a time to replace it. So, to get it fixed before the next storm came, I went with another contractor who was responsive to my calls. She ended up putting a lien on my house for “labor” I owed her even though she didn’t end up doing the work. I will never use Turco again.

Many thanks to Turco roofing for the impressive job done removing and replacing our new roof. The owner, Ms Turco was very informative and knowledgeable about the roofing business and able to answer any questions I had. The company was very responsive to my request for an inspection and repair/replacement quote which as I recall the quote was provided within 24 hours of the inspection. Every stage of the job that needed additional work or repair was documented with pictures and there was solid communication with Ms Turco. Clean-up was done throughout the two day replacement and in the end it was difficult to tell they had been replacing the roof the last couple of days. My roof was damaged by wind in some very severe storms we had about a year ago. I called multiple roofers in town, and Ms. Turco was the first one to call me back and schedule a free inspection. After showing me pictures of the damage on my roof, I made a claim with my insurance. All I paid was my deductible, and I got a beautiful new roof. As others have stated, the process did take about 2 months, but that's very typical for the insurance claims process as I've come to understand. There's a lot of back and forth with getting all of the materials and repairs approved, and a bit of a wait with how the insurance company splits up payments. My adjuster also left a lot of repairs required by Building Code off of their estimate. None of this was the roofer's fault. The staff at Turco helped to write supplemental reports and get those items/repairs approved. The crews and staff at Turco were very helpful, communicative, and professional. The roof replacement itself only took one day, and the crew was fast, clean, and very thorough. We've had our new roof for a year with no issues, and it looks amazing! Many of our neighbors have since hired Turco Roofing after seeing our final result. We've also recently hired Ms. Turco to help us with claims from recent tornadoes on some of our rental homes. We would highly recommend her services.

The storm that passed through our neighborhood in January 2017 caused major damage to the roofs in our house and the detached garage; and also had leaks in the ceiling in 3 rooms. My neighbor across the street recommended that I contact Turco Roofing Systems since she just had her roof replace by them and she was very happy with the work Turco did. I called Turco and they came to give me an estimate within a week (The storm damaged many roofs in our neighborhood and Turco had a backlog due to high demand). They helped me file the claim with my insurance, for which I am thankful since it was all done online with many, many questions and details. Once the adjustor came and my insurance approved the work, Turco was quick to send their crew to my property and the work (inside and out) was performed quickly, efficiently and great workmanship. I have nothing but praises for the people at Turco Roofing and I would highly recommend them.

Upon returning home from deployment I discovered that many of my neighbors were getting new roofs. After asking around I found out there had been strong storms while I was gone. My good neighbor referred me to Turco Roofing to get a professional opinion on the condition of my roof. So I called. Turco took no time at all to come out and look at my roof. They told me I had similar damage to everyone else and to file a claim with my insurance to get an adjuster out. Once my insurance (who was the pain to work with) gave the final approval, Turco Roofing was excellent. They came out that same week to install the new roof. The crew was extremely professional and hardworking. They did an excellent job installing the new roof and completely cleaning the old debris and nails afterward. The crew lead was very skilled and repaired any rotted plywood from the old roofs doing and fixed defects he noticed from when the house was built (i.e ridge line that was crooked due to lazy construction plywood cutting when the house was built and metal flashing that was not to the proper specifications and thus was causing some issues above my porch). Throughout the whole process Turco Roofing was professional and accommodating. I wanted my roof done a certain way and with specific shingles and they met every one of my requests. They quickly responded to all my phone calls, they answered all my questions, and in the end, gave me one solid roof! I have no doubts that IF a problem should ever arise with my new roof that they will be just as quick and professional to get it fixed. They are a wonderful group of people to work with and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Roof installation was ok. They damaged my gutters, gutter guards, light, flowers, etc. Left tar/sealant on driveway. Ran over flower bed edgers. Did not clean out gutters per the contract. Left over 1/2 gallon of nails, shingles, trash in gutters. Overall lack of attention to details was disappointing.Service: Roof installation

I had a roof leak, so I hired Turco Roof Systems. Like pulling teeth to get the job done and then roof leaked within a year! Also cost me $450 to have my garage door fixed, because they never rehung it.I filed an insurance claim, so money wasn't really an issue. I let Turco do as much repair as was needed. They ended up replacing a lot of the plywood decking, facia and soffits. They also took care of the inside drywall. It took 4 months of waiting and calling both my insurance company and Turco; however, when the job was done, it was like I had a brand new roof. However, within one year, I got another leak. Since Turco warranted their work for 1 year, I called them. After having to keep on them for about 2 weeks, they finally came out and fixed the outside, but the inside ceiling was still stained. For another month I tried to get some sort of reply about whether or not they would take care of the inside, but they just stopped returning my calls and emails. Finally I threatened to write a bad review like this one. They emailed me and gave me excuses and lies, saying that it was my fault that the interior was stained. Instead of just saying, "We won't take care of the inside, we fixed the outside." They decided to lie about the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TURCO ROOFING.Furthermore, Turco had never rehung the garage door after fixing the drywall inside the garage. So when we went to open the garage door, the door fell off the tracks. After getting more lies and no action about Turco coming out and finishing the garage, I gave up. I had to pay $450 to a garage door repair man to have my garage door put back together.Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB which then prompted Turco Roofing to finally contact me. They explained that there had been a mix-up due to a lack of communication between their field team and the office. They admitted that they had dropped the ball, and sent a painter out. The painter came and painted over the spot that had been made by the leak, but he didn't match the paint. So I again contacted Turco. For the next few weeks we went back and forth where they said that they had paid the painter to repaint the entire ceiling and he should be calling to make an appointment. That never happened.DO NOT HIRE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

She worked directly with my insurance company and obtained authorization for a full roof replacement after an on site review by their adjuster. We had a roof installed and after a year or so, started having a leak around the chimney that came inside. We had them come out over a two-three year period and still no resolution. They said it was the leaking from the older chimney, but insurance company says the flashing was not correctly installed. My husband was fed up with the sloppy work and said forget them. We do not recommend Turco for roofing service.

They worked with the insurance to fix it. But after a year shingles were hanging off. Now the metal piece that goes across roof is off. I have called numerous times and no one came as of yet. This happened when we had the hurricane approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago. I spoke to Michelle personally and she promised someone will be there. I also left messages with the Office Manager. Today is the 5th Of October and no one has come out as of yet.

This company installed the roof on my house a few months before I bought it (May 2015). While going to sell this property this year (July/August 2020), the home was inspected and there was serious rot/damage in a 3”x3” section of the roof from improper installation (per the inspector and the first company I went to for an estimate on repair).When I approached the company about this issue (it took 3 VM’s and a call from my realtor to get them to return my calls), they informed me my warranty on the roof was 5 years and expired in May 2020 (2-3 months prior). I informed them this problem and the damage was likely from improper installation, due to the severity and age of damage, and asked them to look at the property to confirm it and give me an estimate on the cost if they weren’t going to cover it. I needed to get this settled for the sale of the home and needed info ASAP.I was informed they’d have someone out to take a look, see if they were at fault, and give me an estimate if they were not covering the issue.I followed up, only to be told they needed the inspection report to see the property. I sent them the inspection report, followed up several more times in the coming days to no response. My realtor had to follow up again, only to be told they apparently already had someone out (but he wasn’t someone who could give an estimate for repair???), that they told me it would absolutely not be covered under warranty (which I was not told to this point), and they used the excuse of opening a 2nd location as to why they couldn’t get back to me at any point over the course of the week.Absolutely unprofessional. Not only did they improperly install the roof the first time, they were entirely unresponsive to any attempts to get the problem resolved or even give me a quote for the repairs themselves. The way they avoided dealing with me makes me believe they were avoiding any form of responsibility, knowing I had a limited time to get resolution and would just “go away”.Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
