A couple of weeks ago my fiancé and I wanted to remodel our kitchen. Had very little help with the lady who oversees the installation of cabinets. In fact, she was very rude to my fiancé over the issue of wanting to remodel our kitchen. Ended up leaving. My fiancé went back on a different day to hopefully coordinate having measurements done to begin the process of having our kitchen remodeled only to be further disappointed by having to deal with the same rude lady. We reached out to the store manager about the lack of assistance we were receiving from the employee in the cabinet area. After about 2 days, the district manager called my fiancé, and told her that manager of the Home Depot in Snellville wanted nothing more than to help us. Although it's a considerable drive to Snellville, the manager there really did help us out a lot. Within 2 weeks, we had our kitchen measured, cabinets and countertops ordered, and everything needed for a complete install in a week from now.VERY Disappointed that we couldn't use our local Home Depot.
