After I found Quality Roofs of Georgia, I was able to count on them to take care of all the steps to help me get through the process with insurance. Kevin explained the process thoroughly, and reassured me that he would be onsite while the crew worked on my roof. I appreciated the clarity and assurance offered during the consultation. Not once did I feel pressured. Installation was delayed because my HOA requires a specific shingle, and it was on backorder due to COVID. He kept me posted on the status of the availability. On installation day, I left for work after they got started. Kevin walked me from my door to my car (as a lookout to be sure I didn't walk through an area where I could be hurt from discarded shingles). They protected my gutters and HVAC unit from any falling debris, and left the yard clear of nails/screws/scraps. I received a text with pictures of the old and new roofs. Overall, the experience for me was very easy.
