Following approval, Ken performed the agreed upon work the following morning, sending before & after photos. Before choosing Reeves Exterior Cleaning Service, I met with two other Exterior Cleaning Companies. Hands down we made the right choice by choosing Reeves! Kenneth clearly knows what he is doing. The company sent us a reminder of our upcoming appointment. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time, and straight away, got to work. Kenneth is very detailed. Example: he covered every exterior light socket (even the ones with the plastic covers already attached). He covers all door locks to protect them from water penetration. Kenneth used the proper technique, and solution for each surface of our home. Our house, concrete drive, and windows are all sparkly clean. So far two other neighbors have scheduled with Reeves services. I expect many more will do the same.

I was very impressed w the care put into the exterior of my home. Reeves contacting is top notch in my book. It even gets better. The work had been completed. But while exiting the subdivision Reeves contracting noticed an area they were not satisfied with. As a local real estate agent I am always reluctant to leave reviews for fear of disappointing a future buyer or seller, however, after using Mr. Reeves on several occasions I had to share my experiences.Ken Reeves worked on a personal rental house I sold last year and the results of his quality work most likely sold my house at a higher price than it was listed for. Recently I had him do my personal home, sheds, gazebo, deck and extra decks, walkways, driveway and gutters. He did such an excellent job and saved me a great deal of money by not having to repaint gutters along with many other things I expected to have to repaint. For lack of better words, he is a wizard!I recommended him to my sister who is still raving about the excellent job he did on her house. Recently I recommended him to a friend and offered to pay for her pressure washing if she was unhappy with his work.Reeves Contracting are PROS at what they do, responding quickly, on time, great prices and sensitive to your needs.I will be recommending and using them in future. Would give them a 10, if possible.

Mr. Reeves did a large interior paint job for us including repair and trim. We are very happy with the results. He was able to fix a ton of blemishes in our walls (many significant) and made the whole inside look like new.He did everything while we were away on vacation and we came home to a clean house. Reeves Contracting is the best in my opinion! Ken came out and gave me an estimate the next day! I had him paint my living room/dining room/master bedroom/kitchen and small hall between guest rooms, plus install carpet in master bedroom/living room/dining room and small hall in between guest rooms. I came home and the job received the WOW factor!!! The house looked like it did when purchased. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back where it was! I would recommend his company for anything needed in the home. Very happy and pleased. Could not have asked for more!
