Spartan Roofing is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out in every way with insurance, and the new roof looks great! One of the hardest things to do nowadays seems to be to find good contractors. I'm slowly building up a list for myself, and Spartan Roofing is definitely on it!The whole story went like this - They came out and did a free estimate with photos and drone footage and found damage, so we decided to start the insurance claim process. From before I even made the first phone call they were helping me figure out exactly what needed to be done! Then when I did finally make the call to place the claim, Robyn was right there on the phone with me making sure everything got filed properly. The first adjuster we had (a desk adjuster) didn't like the photos that we had, so Robyn came back out and took more photos. The first adjuster *still* claimed to not see any damage. If it had just been me, or probably any other company, the whole thing would probably have ended there, but Robyn and Josh jumped in to help here too. Josh reached out to my insurance and got a second inspection set up. This time my insurance sent a field adjuster, and Robyn and crew came back out to walk around the roof again. The field adjuster clearly saw the damage, and the claim went through smoothly at that point.Then the actual roof replacement process went basically just as well! The install crew were great, they showed up on time, and did excellent work. They laid a tarp out over the sides of the house to catch any falling debris as they were working (which I never would have thought of) and so when they were done there was hardly a trace. They took great care to clean up what got past the tarp as well when they were done, walking around with flashlights and magnets to ensure that nobody at my house wound up stepping on nails or anything else!

Josh and his team were incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. Our roof showed signs of leaking during a heavy storm. He came out same day to do an inspection, quickly determined the problem, and resolved it before the next rain storm hit later in the week. I hope to never need them again but will be sure to use them if I do!

The whole roof replacement process started off very stressful for myself, and my husband. I mean we work hard for our money and finding a company that was trustworthy, valued us as customers, and provided a quality job was not as easy to say the least. Long story short, we found Josh/Spartan and it literally has been like a breath of fresh air from the moment we started working with them. They were attentive, informative, supportive and knowledgeable. In the end we we have a beautiful new roof and are as satisfied as ever! It was definitely money well spent!!!

Steven Hernandez and his team were outstanding. All of the gentlemen that worked for him were pleasant and respectful! The roof looks AMAZING!!!!! They were here early and stayed late and cleaned up all of the scraps… they moved our breakables and put them back! Super impressed! I’m pretty particular about our stuff for sure!
