Craig and his crews have replaced several gutters for us, added some downspouts, and replaced rotten wood on most of our windows. Our gutters and downspouts were replaced about a year ago and have worked great. The windows were done about a month ago, and the crew who came out to fix them were the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered. Everything was done well and the finished product looks great!

Craig from The Roof Factory has performed repairs on two of my homes and performed complete shingle replacement at my business establishment. He was not the cheapest but I wouldnt settle for less than quality materials and workmanship. His guys used more than the usual fasteners and typical nailing pattern to ensure future issues would not arise. His men were prompt and courteous. My neighbors asked for his contact info as they too were impressed by the finished product. I can highly recommend his services as he knows all about the shortcuts that other roofers use to achieve a bargain basement quote. Not on my roof! Craig was well worth the few extra dollars for the peace of mind provided.

Follow up was not very good so a lot of room for improvement in the customer service area. The repair seemed to be ok although pretty expensive for no more than what it was but I had a leak and it needed fixed. My real issue revolves around trying to get a paid invoice out of them. Did not have one to issue on day of service but was told I would get one sent. I have made several requests and again told have not forgotten about me. Job was done a month ago and still no invoice. I just wanted for my tax records but I guess that they must not care seeing how they got my check and have been made whole on their end. Lately my text messages were not even being answered so I picked up phone and spoke to Craig who assured me he would get me my invoice that day, Well, did not happen. For the most part, contractor industry sucks when it comes to good quality and customer service so I guess this company sees no reason to differentiate itself from the competition! Wont be my choice next time I need a repair!!! What I am wondering is do they really just lack customer service or is there a fear of issuing an invoice to me because they don't want a paper trail in the event the repair was done substandard and does not correct the problem long term like I was told it would? Verbally, they said they stand behind their work for life but I don't have anything in writing???? Great marketing tool but not going to win any repeat business that way. Company's like this tend to live paycheck to paycheck and will never advance to a first class operation.

Everything was explained to me and no short cuts were taken. They really took the time to do the job right, and I really appreciate that. Craig Cole is a man of his word. Some nails were left on my lawn which flattened the rear tires on my tractor. He replaced them both. Above that, my new roof is amazing. Everything was prompt and the workers were professional. I have no problem giving his name to friends, family and neighbors.
