I have had the honor of working with Stephanie at Comfort Eagle Roofing many times! They are faith-driven, service oriented, and always go above and beyond for their potential customers! Roofing is not fun nor cheap but I never have to hype myself up to call Stephanie! She has even gone outside of her service area to try and help. I cannot thank her enough!!! They are honest, thorough, and licensed/insured which is a big requirement for this type of work and shockingly hard to come by! Comfort Eagle Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. Comfort Eagle Roofing came highly recommended from a close friend of mine and they did not disappoint. Blake from Comfort Eagle has come in person and checked the roof thoroughly to identify the leaks and did an excellent job in fixing them.They also replaced the roof shingles that are soft, weak and may cause leaks in the future. Stephanie explained the product/materials options and installation process very well, and the finished product turned out as advertised. The crew arrived early, installed the roof, cleaned up and left in less than a day. Unfortunately, there was a communications issue with the contractor regarding our $2,800 pest control barrier and the crew basically destroyed it when they removed the old shingles. We obtained a bid for the replacement cost and ComfortEagle credited the entire amount against the cost of the roof. Great quality and amazing customer service!We used ComfortEagle Roofing and Gutters for our personal residence as well as a rental property. When it came time to sell our rental, even though the warranty had recently expired, when our buyer expressed some concerns, she not only stood by her work, but came out right away to do a full inspection and produce a report to ensure there were no issues. Our buyer was happy, and we were very thankful. This kind of customer service is rare to find, especially these days! ComfortEagle used to be a reliable, professional business. Now it seems to just be a middleman that farms out work to contractors and doesn't take responsibility for making sure clients' needs are addressed.I had a basic roof leak almost a month ago and immediately called and emailed (it was after hours) Stephanie, the owner and my prior contact. I waited 36 hours but never heard back, so I called again and spoke to Stephanie. The leak is actually from a spot which ComfortEagle had previously removed a pipe from and patched.She promised me it would be repaired within the next three days. Since then, I have had a contractor supposedly scheduled to come work on the house; he didn't show up or contact me. I have repeatedly called and emailed Stephanie and have heard no response.I get the sensation that the contractors they work with are all focused on big jobs in the area. The roof installation was very professionally done on my house to my complete satisfaction. As promised, it was done in one day’s time. Started at 7am and finished by 4pm. There was no mess left behind and the driveway was all cleaned up and all the nails were picked up with some sort of a magnet machine. Above all, Comfort Eagle pricing was very competitive too. They did an amazing job on my roof. They took video of the roof during the inspection to give me a first hand look at just how bad it was. They are very knowledgeable about, and use state of the art products which I feel give them a competitive edge over other roofing companies. While shopping for a company to replace my roof, I received one of Comfort Eagle's postcards in the mail telling me about how they were installing a roof in my neighborhood. Instead of trying to sell me a roof too the card was mostly about what I can expect while they were in my neighborhood (it would be a little noisy, they would clean up and if any material got in my yard please contact them and they'd take care of immediately, etc.). I saw at that moment that this company is more about customer service and taking pride in their trade than about just selling roofs. At my consultation, Stephanie got on the roof, took some pictures, then sat down and actually educated me about the choice of materials and quality. (Previous companies had just gotten on the roof, took pictures and said 'yep, we can get you a roof, let's call the insurance company right now!") Stephanie actually helped me understand everything and took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel pressured for a sale. Installation day came and the workers did a great job. Clean up went fairly well. I got home after the crew was gone and had one concern about an old satellite wire that was left hanging from the house. One of the supervisors came back out the very next day and took care of it an made sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied. Stephanie came back out 2 weeks later to make sure there were no issues, leaks, etc. The craftsmanship, quality, value and customer service at Comfort Eagle was amazing and I would highly recomend them to everyone!

This was a wonderful company to work with. Went out of their way to protect plants in the yard. Also later had a small problem they came back and corrected without any hassle and instead of a half way fix they they took off a whole section of roof and did it over.
