We had an excellent experience working with Complete Roofing from start to finish. Drew and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us with our roofing needs while other companies we contacted did not even make a follow up phone call. Drew thoroughly examined the roof, took multiple pictures and helped us throughout the entire insurance claim. His crew showed up on time and completed the job before 5pm. Since Complete Roofing replaced our roof in 2012 they have been a great company to work with. The job was completed on time within the estimate and the roof work was excellent. It looked great and we were very pleased with the final product. They have professional employees from sales to installers that are very personable and customer focused. After a few years we had a warranty issue that GAF declined and Complete replaced the discolored shingles even though it was not their responsibility. I never asked Complete to replace them, but I received a call from Complete's Project Manager shortly after GAF declined to schedule someone to replace the shingles at no cost to me, now that's service after the sale! A few years later we had mold issues that should have been covered by the GAF warranty. I contacted GAF with no success and although many roofing companies would say it's between me and GAF, I contacted Complete to see if maybe they could help. They got right on it and worked diligently to finalize a satisfactory mutual agreement with GAF to resolve the issue. Finally, recently we had gutter guards installed by LeafFilter and they left a couple issues they were afraid to resolve for fear it may invalidate our roof warranty. I mentioned it to Complete and they sent someone immediately to fix the issues left by LeafFilter installers. As an aside until I contacted them I was not aware Complete sold gutter guards, or I would have definitely contracted with them. I have been extremely satisfied and highly recommend Complete Roofing for all your roofing, or gutter needs.

Complete Roofing recently completed a roof replacement for my home, and are scheduled to have our gutters replaced in the next few weeks. The team so far has been top notch. Tate Rizoti, Tamie Haithcock and Jesse Huggins along with the roofing crew did an excellent job in terms of assisting me with my insurance company (including being on the claim call), walking me through the shingle/color choices as well as warranties and scheduling, as well as the workmanship on my roof. Throughout the process of the install, Jesse took pictures and provided me with updates while at work. The entire Complete Roofing team has been very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

Hello -- My name is Greg McCusker and I am President of the Parkside Village HOA here in Lawrenceville. Complete Roofing has installed 15roofs in my community and all 15 homeowners, including myself are extremely pleased. I first met Jameson Tanner over two years agowhen he determined that I had wind and hail damage on my roof andrecommended contacting my insurance company to get a roof inspection.The inspector from Amica ( another great company ) agreed with Jameson's findings and approved payment for a new roof. Jamesonhad been referred to me by a neighbor who also qualified for a roof andI in turn recommended Jameson to my neighbors. In the summer of2017, Jameson did several roof inspections and several roofs wereapproved for replacement, this all lead to " Roofstock " On Sept. 18,2017, Complete Roofing installed 7 roofs in my community in one day!(I have posted pictures of this event in this review) The last roof doneby Complete was installed a few weeks ago, it was for a homeownerwho was selling her house and wanted to make sure the new ownerhad a new roof. Complete Roofing did an excellent job with my recent roof, skylight, and gutter replacement due to hail damage. Complete Roofing was a one-stop shop for doing everything - replacing my roof, skylights, gutters, and copper roof above a bay window, which made it really easy. They brought everything up to code by adding drip edges, replacing old step flashing, and other code items. They were professional, very knowledgable, and completed all work on time. They worked directly with my insurance company during the whole process. Drew, my roofing consultant, was especially helpful throughout my experience and answered all of my questions. POOR WORKMANSHIP. WORTHLESS WARRANTY.We have 5 roofs that were replaced by Complete Roofing. 3 of the 5 new roofs leaked enough water to make puddles on the floors. They fixed one, I fixed one, and the third one they tried to fix twice, now they refuse to fix it. All three leaks seem to be caused by poor workmanship with the flashing and drip edges.The one they refuse to fix is on our personal home. We hired Complete Roofing to replace the entire roof, replace all gutters and flashing, and install gutter leaf guards. Our bathroom was flooded the first time it rained after the new roof was installed. The water leaked into the soffit, around the bathroom window, and streamed down the interior wall. They tried to fix it twice. The second time they tried to fix it they managed to prevent the bathroom from flooding but water still leaked into the soffit above the window. Now the soffit and fascia have rotted out from the inside and we have visible water damage around the outside of the bathroom window. I have been trying to get them to fix it for many months but they suddenly cut off all communication with me. My only option is to hire another company to redo this area of the roof, including: remove the gutters, install proper flashing, and replace the rotted soffit and fascia wood, repaint this area, and reinstall the gutters. We are very disappointed with Complete Roofing.

Had to share again! Our roof was installed yesterday. Crew and project manager, Jessie, showed up at 6:30 am ready to rock and roll. They were fast, kind and friendly. One another note: We have 2 dogs and 2 small children in our home. Jessie was triple checking every inch of our property for nails, shingles etc all day to insure that nothing could get stepped on once they left to cause injury. Our gutters are coming Friday and Jessie said he would come back and re-sweep the property to make sure they got everything to keep our kids/pups safe. That kind of customer service you don’t get everyday. As a mom, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer gentleman to take care of our home.

Complete Roofing did a great job for us in September, 2019. They worked with us to explain all the details and specifications and coordinated with our insurance company, Safeco, to make certain the claim would be processed with no complications. To help with filing a claim, a robotic drone was used to document the weather damage. The damage was much more extensive than I would have thought or that was visible from the ground. When installation day arrived, crew was on time and completed the job as expected by the end of the day. Following cleanup, everything was done. Wish other home repair projects went as smoothly as this did.

Complete Roofing replaced my roof on July 3rd 2023. I chose this company as they were recommended by a friend.I was greatly disappointed that the salesperson presented only color options and subsequently sold me 3 tab . On July 14 they employed a sub contractor to install the gutters. Whom destroyed the drip edge and some starter shingles that were also not set correctly. They used the wrong boot around the weather head.On July 18 they sent a crew to fix the issue but they accomplished nothing. The end result was a leak on front bedroom ceiling and another leak onto the soffit.I posted a review about a week later in which they responded with threats from their attorney to remove the post .Here's some photos of their work.J. We contacted Complete Roofing for assistance with gutter covers. Drew Adams contacted us and meet with us. Drew shared with us how the gutter covers that Complete Roofing use keep leaves moving on off the roof, and will not stop up the gutter. I'm getting older, and hate cleaning gutters, so this sounded great. Installation went well, installers arrived on time, and were very clean in the work area. No loose screws or metal was left behind. Great job! I definitely will be referring for roof or gutters to Complete Roofing.

Complete roofing company is simply amazing. From the moment they had identified roof damages warranting re-roofing they took care of everything in submitting detailed quotation to insurance company with right cost and expenses helping the insurance to adjudicate and re-imburse quickly. This company works with different levels of management in each stage for this entire process. Very good thing is that you will have an onsite roofing manager who will work with you on the installation date and make sure everything is done perfectly for our satisfaction. They are very good professionals. I am confident with their warranty they provide and along with the shingles product warranty any issues with the new laid roof is going to be taken care. It was a great experience starting with Tate and ending with the crews that did the work. I made an appointment for Complete Roofing to come out & inspect my roof. Two of my close neighbors had just had their roofs replaced by them (wind damage) so I thought I should check mine out too. My roof was nearing its expiration date (20+ years) and I was seeing minor water damage on my ceiling.When Tate came out to inspect my roof, he showed me drone images of the damage, explained their process in detail, and said he would be there for me during the whole replacement...how true this was! Issues with my insurance company were taken care of with his support, my new roof was now up to code, he replaced my old gutter system with a more efficient one...no more water pouring over onto my porch, and so much more!I also want to say "thank you" to Nick who guided me through the financial part of this process and especially to Jesse and his crew who worked from sunup to sundown to install my new roof, clean up all construction debris and leave a very satisfied customer! This team delivered and I highly recommend that you check them out.Finally, as a woman and as an "older" homer owner, I would like to say that I was not comfortable going through this process (for the first time ever!). There are so many now who prey on us, scam us, or don't deliver what they promised. I was lucky to have the help of my neighbors in making this decision, but not everyone has that luxury. The guys at Complete Roofing are incredible! We had a hail storm in July and I called them immediately. They came out right away to examine my roof with this nifty drone system. I received the report quickly and Justin walked me through the process. He even called my insurance company and helped me with that process. He met the adjuster and handled him in a professional manner and due to that skill, we were able to get a favorable decision from our insurance company. Everything they said they would do - they did. No issues and no hassles. They had my best interest at heart and took care of everything for me. Their crew and the quality of their work is impeccable. You won't find a more "complete roofing system" in all of Georgia like them. My neighbors asked about my roof and the process and 3 other neighbors called them to get the process going. I know these guys well ad they stand behind their work.
