Finally!! A great experience with a contractor!! Beautiful job replacing our roof! From start to finish, Eagle Roofing did a great job, even adding a few extras that were not initially on our roof, but helps prevent rain damage. Rene kept us informed all along the process - we were never left hanging; letting us know the timing and what was being done, and checking the roof along the way. I hope Eagle realizes what an asset he is to their company! All was done on time, cleanup was great, we will definitely be recommending Eagle to anyone we know who needs roofing work! And to top it all off, one of the most reasonably priced!!Service: Roof installation

The first time I met the owners of Eagle Roofing, Kevin and Brittany, was in 2019. I was looking for a roofing company to repair a leak in my roof and I consulted BBB. Eagle Roofing’s rating was top notch so I went on their website and was thrilled to read in their Service statement “no job was too small.” I called to make an appointment and within 24 hours they were at my home. The repair was done the same day. I also had some ceiling damage in one of my rooms due to the roof leak and Kevin inspected both my attic and ceiling. He called in one of their contractors and he was able to repair the ceiling and the boards in the attic, starting on the day after he was called.The next time I needed roofing help was recently in July (2021). This time I noticed a hole in my shed’s roof. Once again, they promptly returned my call and came out to my home and this leak was fixed the same day. I asked Kevin to check my house roof for any hail and wind damage since we had many severe storms recently. After his inspection, enough damage had been done to warrant my insurance company to come out and inspect the roof. Both Kevin and Brittany were there to assist, if necessary, for any questions the the insurance adjuster would have during the inspection. It was agreed, the roof need to be replaced. Brittany took me through the steps needed to complete the contract explaining with clarity and detail how this insurance claim would be handled with my best interests in mind. She also helped me in choosing the shingles that were appropriately suited for my house and her recommendation was excellent! The roof looks great! Kevin and Brittany were never pushy, but eager to listen, help, and give suggestions. Their company is one of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness. I’m a BIG review person and that has never steered me in the wrong direction. So After my pleasant experience with Eagle Roofing, LLC and the owner Brittany Crandall I HAD to write a review. I hope this helps someone else searching for a roofing company.I’m a female homeowner who needed a new roof. After two attempts in filing insurance claims for the roof I was denied. That meant that I would be paying for my new roof out of pocket! UGH Now for the daunting task of finding a REPUTABLE roofing company who wouldn’t take advantage of me. I found Brittany at Eagles Roofing, LLC through a referral. At first, I was skeptical, but once we met I KNEW I had to hire her. Plus she’s a female business owner and I love supporting other female entrepreneurs. Brittany worked hard to get the top of the line roofing materials for me at a very reasonable price. The price was more than fair and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. She literally handled everything for me! I had to be out of town while the roof was being put on and she assured me that she would handle it all while I was gone. She not only handled it she crushed it! Brittany kept in touch with me every single day sending me pictures and FaceTiming me so I could see all the progress. The job was performed on time, professionally, organized and spotless! We live in midtown (Atlanta) in a neighborhood that is constantly being watched by the neighborhood “Karens”. They find joy in watching for ANYTHING out of line. I was fully expecting an email about the “mess”, but I never heard a single word…except who did your roof!?! LolThe new roof is BEAUTIFUL!!! They installed new upgraded architectural shingles, removed an old chimney and added more roof vents for extra ventilation. This is one of those things we all HATE spending money on, but afterwards we’re happy. I couldn’t be happier with the look or the work Eagle Roofing, LLC. I would HIGLY recommend them and would encourage you to just give her a chance…you won’t be disappointed!
