Mark was one of the presenters for my initial appointment with NorthRidge. He was very considerate and informative. I was impressed with how he handled the call with my insurance company. Every person I was in contact with at NorthRidge was very friendly and professional and walked me through the entire process. I was in awe of how the equipment and materials were set up and removed so methodically. My yard was completely cleared of debris after the roof was complete. I especially want to thank Aaron Moore for taking the time to explain the details of my insurance claim estimate and NorthRidge’s invoice and answer all the questions I had regarding the process. When Aaron came to inspect after installation, we noticed a small issue that needed a correction. Aaron immediately contacted someone to get it fixed and it was taken care of the same day. organized, Safety concious, all trash completely after finishing. Roof looks great. smashed one plastic hanging pot with a small green plant but was easy to fix by adding firt back. All in all a beautiful job! warning...removing old roof and replacing it is extremely loud. plan a day away

Be careful of these guys. They are not trustworthy company that you want to do business with. They would ask more money after they have completed the job. If you dont pay them, they would scam you and try to put a lien on your property. Their customer service is terrible.
