Had an excellent experience with Pinnacle, where we replaced 41 windows in our house. Starting from the sales visit, John was efficient and knowledgeable, and was honest in his assessment of the type of windows that would suit our needs. There was no upselling to more premium products, or pressure to sign a contract on a promise of a 'special discounted rate' just for us - just a straightforward assessment of what would work best for us. In the end, the quoted price from Pinnacle proved to be the most competitive.The installation process was similarly smooth - final measurements were made, and the windows were delivered at their scheduled lead time. Pablo and his crew were able to finish the work in 2 days - and only one where the windows were being taken down, which was fortunate since it was still cold in February.The crew also did an excellent job of cleaning up, both inside and outside. All in all, we are satisfied with our purchase and with working with the team at Pinnacle, and we no longer have drafty windows!

The process from sales to installation was fantastic. Dennis did a great job in guiding us on options for the windows we bought, which were 30 in total and nicely priced.The installation was performed by Pablo and his team. Those guys made it look easy despite a few of what I’d deem difficult removals and installations. 2 days later we had 30 windows installed and everything cleaned up as if they’d never been there. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with them.Finally, the day after installation was complete, the owner reached out to me for feedback on how things went which was a pleasant surprise. Other contractors I’ve recently worked with weren’t as diligent about following up so I appreciated the gesture and got the sense he genuinely cares about his customers and his employees. If you need windows, give Pinnacle a call. You won’t be sorry.

Pinnacle did a great job on our window replacement project. We had 12 windows replaced with eco-600 series. Steve and his crew were on time both days and did a great job. They had great attention to detail and was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. More importantly his team was very thorough with cleaning up everything as they went along. The project took a day and a half, as the weather wasn't cooperative. But overall I'm very pleased and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing windows.

Found these folks when they did my daughter's windows and was impressed with the workmanship and speed. When the time came a few weeks back for our windows to be done we called them and the job they did was perfect - every window looked pristine. They were even able to replace a large window in the master bath with a dual pane unit with textured glass. We got the xenon filled windows which has made a great difference in internal temperatures. The excellent workmanship caused us to decide on another project: replacing our front door and sidleights. Yesterday the same crew came out and in less than three hours had replaced the entire door, frame and sidelights: again, excellent workmanship, excellent quality, and the installation now matches the windows. Pinnacle is prompt, professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just had our 30+ year old windows replaced and could not be happier! We replaced 29 windows and from the start with the proposal to installation was better than expected. Once we placed our order, they quoted 8-12 weeks but was told they could arrive sooner. It only took 4 weeks and were onsite the next day! Steve and Austin were excellent at install and took their time. Our windows were so rotted that it took 2 extra days and even came out on Saturday to finish. Top quality company, product, and people. I did a lot of research for the best energy rated & construction replacement window, with a good warranty. At a good price. I have had my ECO-PRO 600 series for about 9 months. I am very pleased with how they preformed. When hot AC doesn't run as much and furnace doesn't run as much. My bills went down. Steve and his crew are employees of the company. They were very efficient and organized and installed 13 windows and one picture with window with two lights in one day. You don't need to look at any other windows. Plus, Pinnacle Window & siding is a great local company. Do not confuse with TV little girl Pinnacle Window s.

We had Pinnacle come and replace our windows in July. I cannot say enough about how smoothly the process went. Getting the quote was an easy and frankly painless process. We have had multiple quotes and purchased windows in the past from a different company for a different home. This was by far the best experience. Everything went just as stated at the beginning, and I really appreciated that we didn’t have to sit through a long presentation or through John working up the quote for us that day. He measured the windows and sent us a quote with a day so there was no “buy now” pressure. Our windows did take about 12 weeks to come in, and when the one custom window required more time from the manufacturer, Pinnacle decided to go ahead and do the rest of the house instead of making us wait. Very much appreciated! There did end up being a small hiccup with the manufacturer and Pinnacle corrected the issue immediately. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received- from John in sales, Cole and Nancy in the office and customer service, and Pablo in installation. It was a great experience the entire way through! Now it’s December and we have had these windows through summer and winter. The house feels much better than it did before. Highest recommendation to Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock!

We just had 17 windows put in and from our first meeting with John to the windows being installed everyone was incredibly professional and kind! The the time frame they gave was accurate and the crew that came out to do my windows was incredibly professional, kind and efficient! A job I expected to take two days was finished in one!We spoke with multiple companies when getting quotes and pinnacle was by far the best! Steve and his crew were the most professional, courteous, detailed contractors I have seen in 20 years of home ownership. I am confident that my windows were installed perfectly. They cleaned up after everyday and did not leave a trace. The sales manager, Dennis Williams, provided a no nonsense quote and patiently answered my many questions about the Okna windows and installation process. No high pressure sales here. ***** was helpful in redoing our estimate when we changed our minds on the windows we wanted. I decided to get multiple quotes for window replacement throughout my home. The representatives from the first two companies were so awful, I decided maybe this wasn’t a good idea. They were pushy, tried to get me to buy something different and didn’t listen. Then John Fitzgerald from Pinnacle showed up. What a huge difference! He was lowkey, not pushy, listened to my needs, and treated me with respect. The quote was even better. The installation was down by Pablo and he was so considerate and professional. His team worked as quietly as they could and were respectful of my home. I expected a few hiccups but there were none. My windows are absolute perfect. I noticed the difference in temperature in my home right away. I didn’t know that I would love having these new windows so much – they make a world of difference. Pinnacle did such a great job, we are now considering new doors.

I had several large well known window people quote our needs and several others more local. We decided on the Pinnacle windows and extremely glad we did!! Order was received as requested & in the timing that they quoted. Installation Team was EXCELLENT . Pricing from otheres allowed us only to replace 10-12 windows with Pinnacle we replaced 20 . We originally had our windows replaced 10-11 years ago and were very happy with everything. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. Today the rear French door needed a part replaced. Pablo and his guys did the warranty replacement on that and also replaced some cladding around the door for a very fair price. Nancy is always very helpful. I would highly recommend Pinnacle!

I probably spent 2 years looking for the right company to replace more than 90 windows. All the big brands came out and gave me their pitch. Anderson was tops at 200,000. I had Pinnacle come out and they are distributors for OKNA windows in PA. This is the only distributor in GA I believe. After 2 years of looking with Pinnacle being one of the first I came back to them and made some changes (kept our old transoms) and since we wanted a composite did alot of comparisons with the others. Went with composite since it came with a lifetime warranty and no maintainance. Had single pane wood, that was over 30 years old. Liked that they had their own crews, instead of subs. They could not do the french doors the way we wanted so doing separately. Dennis was the sales guy. Did not bother me constantly like all the others and was responsive to changes we wanted quickly. The owner called me the day they were installed. We had one small hiccup when some grids were missing from some arched windows, but will get that taken care of in a few days. Pablo heads up one of the 2 crews. He is amazing. He works with his crew, is there early, and cleans up everything daily. This was a big job, 3 days, but they did it in 2. I hope I don't ever have to do this much research again but when the price tag gets this high I do. If you can pay cash, do it, since the discount for cash gets substantial. Most people know so little (including me) about windows that they can be taken for a ride. Frankly, I don't trust reviews much, but when they asked me to do one, I was glad to.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company! John, Pablo, and the whole crew were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just all around incredible! My new windows (30 of them!) are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the work! Another thing I was very impressed with is that they also handle removing and rehanging the window treatments for each window! This is not something that other companies do (at least not that I found when researching other places), and that was a huge plus for me! A+++++++ :-)

We’ve had all of our windows in our house replaced (over 3 seasons) with Pinnacle and recommend them 100%. Our contact at Pinnacle (Dennis) has been responsive and honest, and has been great through the entire process. Even in communicating with updates on the schedule and if there was a delay we knew about it far in advance (that only happened once)We have purchased 2 different models of windows – in the front where we get a lot of sun we got extra UV and solar protection and the sides and back because not much sun we didn’t add the extra protection. We appreciated the advice on the best choices for the windows depending on location and the performance needed.The first set of windows was installed 3 seasons ago and we’re very happy with the look, function and how much better insulating they are in summer and winter.The installers are very professional and cleaned up 100% each time when finished. From start to finish Pinnacle did an outstanding job with our windows. We needed to replace 32 double hung windows and asked Pinnacle for an estimate. Dennis came to the house the next day after calling for an appointment and provided all the information and comparisons.
