Red Hawk roofing replaced the roofing on my entire home in one day in metro Atlanta. The communication was excellent. The quality was excellent. They do exactly what they say. I would definitely recommend that you allow them to quote your work and/or assess any damages after a storm to help you with your insurance adjuster. The company has very experienced crews and they follow building code, do a decent job to protect your property, and clean up all the old roofing and nails around the house and yard. Many thanks to Jarett, Robert, and their team for a job well done! Jarett was informative and extremely helpful with the shingle options and what would work best on my house. Robert and the installation team were on time, efficient, and most importantly, extremely tidy. The roof looks great and I haven't found a single nail or shingle fragment in my yard or pool. Red Hawk Roofing replaced my roof in one business day and I could not be happier! The entire experience has been easier than I ever thought it could be. This is the first home that I’ve owned so I’ve never been through this process and was skeptical at first. There are so many roofing companies that showed up to my door but I’m so glad I chose Red Hawk Roofing and Kalum Nelson, the representative that I worked with throughout the entire process. I asked so many questions and he was more than kind and went through all my questions thoroughly. He truly put my mind at ease when it came to making such a large investment. Around October i got work done from these guys which I thought went smoothly until I found that my siding was messed up from the work they did.. contacted them the first time, and that time all they did was put sealer.. the next time they actually came and fixed it. This was all in a span of a 2 months.. poor communication and they only really stoped by the house because they wanted there check while still not fixing there mistake.Then my lights were damaged which the guy I bought them from says the repairs are going to be 500$ ,, and the owners mark said he’ll take care of the lights for me about 4 months ago.. and still noting is resolved I’ve tried being nice and patient but the lack of updates and communication does not help. His words are he’s charging too much for the lights, which is why I would want to get them fix because they aren’t cheap…

Reached out when I had an issue, responded IMMEDIATELY, guided me through the entire process and Dealt with my HORRIBLE Insurance Company so I didn't need to. Excellent job.
