I cannot say enough positive things about Weldon and his team over at Renovations Unlimited. I had a water supply line rupture and flooded my entire basement and after I was fed up with the contractors my insurance company sent out, I set out to find my own. Thankfully, I found Renovations Unlimited as they did the absolute best and I can honestly say that my basement looks better than it ever has before. Weldon and his team did a wonderful job on our home. We suffered one of the most traumatic events any family can go through with a house fire. The damage was so extensive the entire house had to be gutted. Weldon was a great support as he arrived promptly to secure our house after the fire was put out. He then walked us through the process of how to rebuild our home. He was patient and empathetic in the process of the rebuild with us. He was flexible and accommodating in meeting us to discuss the process. He worked with the insurance company to provide us with the resources to build our home back better than before. We met with Mr Price after suffering fire / smoke / water damages in April 2021. He was very diligent and helpful in getting repairs started. He interacted with the insurance company agents on our behalf. Weldon pushed for and argued to comply with bringing us back to our pre-fire status. He also worked with the county inspectors to bring needed items up to the new codes.We are very pleased with the quality of repairs and modifications performed by Mr Price and his workers. His work was timely, except when the insurance agent delayed authorizations. He kept us informed as to the status of repairs, and was open to requests for upgrades. We can only echo the remarks given about Weldon and Renovations Unlimited. Our house fire in March 2022 resulted in extensive fire, smoke and water damage. We didn’t know where to turn. Shortly after the fire was extinguished Weldon arrived to do the board up.I asked him if he would be interested in helping us rebuild, he relied that he was and next to my marriage proposal 53 years earlier it was the best answer I ever had to a question. For almost a year before the fire we had been planning a reunion with old friends from out of state. Weldon and his people were so accommodating in enabling us to go ahead with our plans using plastic sheeting and plywood to cover the damaged areas and reducing the smell of fire and smoke.it was just another example of his willingness to accommodate his schedule to our needs.Weldon helped us navigate the insurance company reps, was responsive to all issues, and was always available for counsel. The work he and his company performed was done beautifully. All code upgrades were met and we are thrilled with Weldon’s work. We cannot recommend him more highly. Weldon and his team did an absolutely amazing job completely rebuilding our home and our lives. We had a house fire and unless you have lived it you cannot understand the helpless feeling. Our home burned August 30, 2019. Thankfully Weldon showed up the next morning and worked directly with our insurance company taking the stress off of us. He totally remodeled our almost 4,000 square foot home from the floor up. In the middle of the rebuild I lost my husband to a heart attack. We had a large house fire last year, $198k in damage. Weldon the owner of this company went to bat against the insurance company making our house perfect. His friendly personality, and knowledge on fire damage, makes him enjoyable to work with and convincing to the insurance adjusters. We had friends use a larger restoration company at the same time (2020) to do a flood restoration on their home. The larger company nickel and dime’d them on everything. Weldon is very determined to make everything right. He is more about the big picture and not worried if a new light is $5 over budget. I feel very fortunate to have had Weldon and his workers, guide us through the overwhelming process of rebuilding our home. Weldon with Renovations Unlimited did amazing work for us after our washing machine flooded our entire house, all three levels. I had another contractor at first who was a nightmare. Weldon and his crew came in and fixed everything for us. He worked with State Farm and got us back to normal again! His crew showed up on time, did wonderful work and cleaned up everything afterwards. He is our contractor for life now and as a real estate agent, he is the guy I refer to all of my clients. He is also one of our preferred contractors at Keller Williams. I highly recommend him!

All I can say is that I don't know where my family and I would be without Weldon Price and his Renovations Unlimited company! September 23, 2019 was arguably the worst day I've ever experienced, as our house caught fire. After it was put out, Weldon came forward and extended his hand and explained that his company would be responsible for boarding up my house for the county. He then inquired as to whether I knew of anyone who could take care of the demolition, restoration and rebuild of my home. When responded that I did not and frankly did not know quite what to do, he offered me his card and the services of his company.From that moment on, I found that me and my family were in the best hands we could have possibly been placed in! He took our situation and ran with it, doing things that we would have not known to take care of and long story short, although the restoration has taken over a year, (none of which was Weldon's fault as my insurance company ran into multiple delays, which caused the check to cover the rebuild to be delayed, and then of course, delays due to the pandemic), we are finally back in our home, could not be happier with the job Weldon and his company, Renovations Unlimited, performed!I am pleased to say that after all is said and done with this ordeal, not only did I have the absolute BEST General Contractor I could have possibly asked for, I have also made a life-long family friend, and those are hard to come by nowadays!Services: Remodeling, Roofing, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Fire damage cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal
