He was always professional, stellar with communication, polite, on time, helpful with selection, and his team did a beautiful job on my roof. He really knows his stuff and works very hard. I had a great experience with Les. I called Ridgepoint Roofing after seeing a couple of water stains on my wall assuming they were roof related. Les came out the following day and did an assessment. He climbed on the roof, took pictures, and explained the source of the problem. He is currently providing assistance with the repairs required. I am awaiting repair quotes.Les is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Les and his team for any roofing and repair concerns!

For me… costumer service is king. I want my call answered and want the company I am dealing with to be very responsive.If you are considering a new roof and want excellent professional service with a company that always answers the phone and backs up their service, look no further. I recently had some water stains on the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom and Les (the owner) came out to my house to look at the issue. He went into my attic and identified that the problem was my HVAC leaking and showed me what I needed to do to fix the problem. The roof on our house was at least 20 yrs old and needed to be replaced. After a couple of estimates and a neighbors recommendation we decided to go with Ridgepoint Roofing. They showed up when they said that they would, they had the job done in a day, and when they were done you could not even tell they had been there other than the new roof. Finding out I needed a total roof replacement wasn't the news I was hoping to hear. Concerns with being taken advantage of in addition to the hassle of it all definitely came to mind. Originally I had someone come from a different company and my gut told me "Don't Do It". I was referred to Les with Ridgepoint Roofing from my insurance company. From the first encounter I was more than happy that I listened to my gut. I can't speak about the bullet that I believe I dodged but I can tell you what I ended up with. I had the privilege of receiving services from one of the kindest men I think I've ever met. His team was on time, completed their work and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. If I called or texted Les or his office, I got a response the same day. They explained everything and answered my questions in a manner I could understand. We were assigned Ridgepoint Roofing through a claim with our homeowners insurance and we were SUPER happy with their service. Les was on-time, super responsive and very helpful navigating us through the process. When the roof was repaired, the crew was so professional and cleaned up everything! You couldn't even tell a contractor had been here except for the beautiful new roof! I do wish the gutter scheduling had been a little more organized, but understand that 3rd party contracting can be tricky. They just kind of showed up one day to do the work, but were also very nice and professional. About 10 years ago Ridgepoint replaced the roof on our old house - very professional, fast, clean. We've since moved and asked Ridgepoint to inspect the roof on our new house. Les recognized we had defective shingles, so when it came time to replace the roof, we were confident Ridgepoint would do another great job. This roof is larger, so Les organized two crews to get the job done quickly. We are once again very happy with the result. Ridgepoint also did my parents' roof several years ago per our recommendation, and they were pleased as well.

We had a VERY small roof repair job that other roofing companies would not even touch. However, when I called Ridgepoint Roofing, Les White came out to our home the same day. He told us what was needed, what it would cost, and did the repair right then and there. He did a great job, was extremely courteous and professional, and from what I could see (I watched almost the whole time) he did a thorough and careful job with our repair. I purchased a home back in May 2015 and 6 months later, as luck would have it, a large branch fell causing damage to my porch roof. I contacted my home insurance provider and they immediately connected me with Ridgepoint Roofing. After reading all positive reviews online and having the backing of the BBB, I immediately felt at ease. Les visited and quickly patched the hole to prevent any additional damage. He was very knowledgeable and as we got to talking, I discovered that his company handled other services for which I was in need (a new chimney cap, ridge ventilation, fascia repair/replacement, and new gutters). We promptly scheduled repair work for the roof and I decided to add in the ridge ventilation and chimney work as well. His crew arrived as scheduled and did phenomenal work, even fully picking up after themselves not leaving any trash behind. Due to the meticulous work and attention to detail, I reached out to Les in April 2016 to complete the fascia and gutter installation I desperately needed. Everything again went as planned and the work on the fascia and gutter install was phenomenal. I'm so excited to have found this company and will definitely keep their contact information for any future repairs. Price wise, you will not get the lowest quote nor will you get the highest. That being said, I feel that what I paid for the work is shown in the quality and meticulousness of the repairs. Great job!

Les at Ridgepoint Roofing rocks! Les was recommended by my Ins company a couple years for the repair of a leak which they wouldn't cover. Fast forward to 2018, following a sever hail and wind storm back in June, the roof developed a new leak. I had kept Les's card on file and gave him a call. He promptly came out, then handled all the discussions the my Ins and within a short period of time we were approved for a new roof. He was patient while we waited for the the payment to come in and his team did a great job with the installation.

I had a leak that needed to be repaired. I have an older roof that is in need of replacement soon but I wanted to see if I could get a specific leak repaired for now until I'm ready to replace the entire roof. Ridgepoint Roofing showed up on time, found the problem immediately, and repaired the problem as well as fixed a few other minor issues. Most importantly, they said I could get a couple more years out of my roof before I need it to be replaced. I can’t speak highly enough about Les and the Ridgepoint team. We had a leak in the valley of our roof and got several quotes from other companies, who were either slow to reply, priced way too high, trying to sell us something we didn’t need, or just didn’t want to give us the time of day because our whole roof didn’t need to be replaced. But Les came out on a Wednesday to give us a quote, and our roof was completely repaired by Saturday. They were very reasonably priced and went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of our questions. If you are looking for a company that is honest, friendly, and service minded then I fully recommend Ridgepoint Roofing. I know I will use them for all our future roofing needs.
