Incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely just great guys who really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the quality of work and level of service they provide!We had a a really tight turnaround to repair our roof before new solar panels were installed. Josh walked us through options, gave solid recommendations and fit us into the schedule to make our deadlines work. They even went above and beyond to show us where and why the damage occurred (from the old solar panels) and offered to talk to our solar panel company to ensure future damage didn’t happen again. The end result is a beautiful roof at a great price - and a really great experience! I can’t imagine ever using anyone but Josh and RoofSmart again. I received many quotes from other contractors, but settled on using Josh and RoofSmart to replace my 16 yr old roof 2 yrs ago. His team was very professional, on time, on budget and did amazing work. In fact, I contacted Josh about 6 months ago because I thought I noticed a very small issue. He sent someone out immediately and he was on the roof taking pictures and informing me exactly what it was. He made a small repair and was on his way. Josh followed up the next morning to make sure I was satisfied. He did this at no charge, too. It's hard to find people these days that stand by their work 2 years after the job was completed. RoofSmart is easily the best roofing company I've ever used. They did a great job replacing my roof that was long overdue to be replaced. They described to me what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and what the cost would be. All of these, including the cost, were very reasonable.They did the work as they had described. It took a little less time than they or I had thought, and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. They were careful not to just throw shingles in the yard. They bagged all of them as they worked. They answered all my questions as the work progressed. Developed some kind of leak in my 5 year old house/roof. The builder was no help. Called RoofSmart and Josh came out to do a free inspection. He came on time and climbed on the roof and found a couple issues he thought was the problem and was able to repair for a basic charge and seemed to fix the issue and said the repair was warranted for a year. A few weeks later after a night of heavy rain there was another leak in the same area but a different place. Josh came out again and lifted some shingles and made a few more repairs that has fixed the issue for no additional cost. Josh at RoofSmart and his crew are excellent, and its easy for me to recommend them, they did a great job replacing my roof. I had some wind and hail damage with a few leaks. My roof was very old and needed to be replaced. My friend recommended RoofSmart, I called Josh and he came over at my convenience. I had never filed a claim or had a roof replaced, so Josh walked me through the entire process and all my options. He worked with my insurance company, and they were also very happy with Josh and the finished roof. From the materials delivery to the clean up, everything went smoothly, without issue. Josh is great, and so is his crew. They removed two layers of shingles, redecked my detached garage, installed the new roof (ranch with ~3900 sqf incl garages), removed and reinstalled my gutter guards, and cleaned up, all in just two days. Mid roofing I decided to add some sky lights, they took it in stride, and did it for a very good price. I was impressed with how fast they were, and everything was done correctly. Best of all, the roof looks great, I am very happy with it, and with RoofSmart.
