I had a great experience with SelectBuilt securing my deck posts that were improperly installed. They were able to come out quickly and finished the job on time, and were clean and professional.Nathan, one of their project managers, stopped by after the job was complete to ensure we were happy with everything, and was very thorough in his explanation of what happened during the process. After I mentioned that I was new to GA and had no idea how to maintain a house out here, he even threw out a couple pointers for some other things we could do around the house. SELELTBUILT Construction completed a rear deck stair removal from the top deck to the bottom deck and then updated the stairs to the ground. The work was completed very professionally, and Zach kept us informed of the work schedule. Want to thank Nathan Reed and his team that completed the deck and stairs update. The updates were quickly completed for the entire deck and is far stronger and looks fantastic. The yard around the deck was left as if no one was ever there.

I had the same experience as a reviewer from a year ago. It is confusing because this company did a small job for me last year and it was great.Had an appointment with Zach from a month ago to get an estimate on a deck repair before we market our house. He texted to reschedule since it was sprinkling. Said he would reschedule for the next week. Despite my repeated phone messages and txts, I have not gotten any response from Zach. If he doesn’t want to do the job, let me know. It is pretty insulting to be led on when there isn’t any plan to ever respond. Poor customer service!!!

The SelectBuilt team helped put my home back together after smoke and fire damage. Zach and all of the crew took great care to walk me through all the steps of the process, answered questions along the way with patience, and did a wonderful job with the reconstruction, painting, etc. Super responsive and easy to work with. Select Built Construction has done two projects for me. I would use them again. We had a complete siding replacement on my house and as a separate project, replaced the front door and sidelight windows. Both projects were done in a timely fashion and within the expectations and cost set at the outset of the project. A month after the installation of the front door, the door "caught" the jamb a little bit. They were true to their SELECTBUILT guarantee and the installer returned to promptly to make an adjustment at no cost. You won’t go wrong hiring SELECTBUILT for any of your home renovation needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Zach and his team. We had a water leak in our bathroom wall and the entire bathroom had to be gutted. The workers arrived as scheduled and on time every day. They did a great job for us from start to finish. We liked them so much that we are going to have them redo our kitchen. If you are looking for a dependable contractor, I would highly recommend!

Had to have extensive repairs done due to a leaking dishwasher. Basically had to have the whole interior of our house re-done. Walls painted, walls and ceilings repaired, flooring replaced, whole new kitchen. We now have a brand new home. Want to especially say thank you to our on site manager Nathan Reed. I hired Selectbuilt to replace my roof. Prior to hiring them, I met with two other well known and recommended roofing companies. I had planned to use one of the two prior to meeting with Zach and Todd from Selectbuilt. Before the meeting, I was worried that the company was fairly young. But the meeting with them really changed my mind. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable and was far more thorough in his explanation of the work that needed to be done than the other two gentleman I’d met with. He was the only one who actually went up on my roof and took video so I could see the problem areas for myself. He spent time explaining the materials that would be used, how the work would be done and who would do it, all under his personal oversight. I was so impressed by him and really felt that he was far more concerned than the other company reps with delivering really good work. I wasn’t just one of hundreds of customers. I had a great experience from beginning to end and will definitely use Selectbuilt again.

I found out about SELECTBUILT at the very end of a lengthy basement finishing project. I wish I had found them at the beginning of the project! Zach and his crew came out to handle the job.
