Simply put. Jared is the best! I hired him to inspect a property I am buying. And, I'm glad I did. He found multiple items wrong with the property, a few of which if left uncorrected would have caused property damage, or worse yet personal bodily injury. Jared was very prompt arriving at the home for inspection. He thoroughly checked out everything from every outlet to all the plumbing. He was able to get on the roof to see where a past repair was done, so that was made a point to keep an eye on in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the water system and heat pump.
