We used True North after a grease fire in our kitchen that left our cabinets, dry wall, etc damaged. The team was extremely professional and efficient, and the response time was amazing. Adam was great at answering our questions and providing timely, and quality service. Should myself or any friends ever need restoration work in the future I will definitely be recommending True North.

Needed help after a surprise water leak at my office, and contacted several restoration companies for help. Wheat at True North was the only one to actually answer the phone and he even sent out their lead technician in the same day!This team was awesome, they were efficient and friendly and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. It's hard to find this level of service and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed when you let them help you with your restoration needs—I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

True North Restoration came to the rescue when our rental property had a sewage backup happen with our septic system…It was a terrible situation and we were worried that the biohazard would interfere with our rental income…Abe and Adam with True North were so helpful knowledgeable and efficient! They answered the phone and responded immediately… they were able to extract the mess clean and sanitize all the surfaces that the mess was on and then quickly dried our rental out and had it back up and operational faster than we even expected!!! True North is a lifesaver!!!!

Wheat, Abe, and Adam are externally knowledgeable and professional when it comes to restoration. Adam showed up within an hour of calling with equipment ready to go. Adam removed the items that were absolutely necessary and completely dried my unit saving the hardwood floors and koa kitchen cabinets with minimal sheetrock removal. They made the best of a bad situation.As a general contractor, knowledge, integrity and professionalism are things I look for when hiring other contractors. I would recommend True North restoration when it comes fire, mold, water damage or any type of restoration needs.Big mahalos guys!

True North Restoration Hawaii provided timely, professional, helpful and thorough smoke restoration services for us after a wildfire event on the Big Island of Hawaii in August, 2023. With us having no experience mitigating smoke in a home, Abe was extremely helpful by explaining the hows and whys of the restoration process, the benefits of their comprehensive services, including ozone, versus other options or timelines, and the order of events that would be the most impactful and cost-effective. Our home insurance company supported the work and paid for the restoration services in full, which involved treating all surfaces in the home.As we do not live in the property full-time, the photos and reports provided by Abe were extremely useful and reassuring. We understood what was happening at every step of the process and Abe arranged an air quality test with an Industrial Hygienist afterwards. You cannot smell smoke in our home at all; you would not know a fire had reached our foundation on three sides. There was no requirement to remove carpet, replace furniture or re-paint surfaces; we also avoided additional HVAC cleaning.True North Restoration Hawaii exceeded our expectations and gave us confidence in the integrity and safety of our home. I would highly recommend them and their work.

We have been frequent flyers with the True North team this past month, and they have made the pain of water damage so much less traumatic. Both Abe and Wheat responded quickly when we called, and each time Adam did a stellar job of remediation. Their referral to Top Notch for a mold evaluation was spot on as the only way it was found was by using a thermoscan to detect it under the insulation in the attic. We have been thoroughly impressed and grateful that they are here in Hawi.

We had a lithium battery contamination. After calling several clean up services, we found True North! I called and it was 4 am Hawai’i time. Abe answered the phone right away.
