Professional, hardworking, honest and affordable. I would give them 6 STARS if I could. I called Property Wash In Paradise, Caleb looked up my house and figured out the dimensions and square footage based on google maps footage and some questions. They set up an appointment in 2 weeks.2 weeks later the technician arrived. His truck was full of state of art cleaning equipment that did NOT include toxic or abrasive chemicals. He used his expertise and time to meticulously clean the roof, pressure wash the sheeting of metal, and make sure to protect the paint job.Finally, they washed my 30 panel solar panels by hand and with delicate scrubbers. My solar array has never looked better. The gutters were also cleaned and 8 hours later I am VERY impressed.I highly recommend this company. I've pressured washed my roof before and it was well worth it to pay Property Wash In Paradise to complete the job quickly and PROPERLY!Mahalo to Caleb and your VERY HARD working technician.

To say these guys did an awesome job would be an understatement. Our roof looks brand new now! Fair and accurate quotes, very thorough, answered any and all questions and concerns, pointed out a few spots that may be troublesome in the future. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in search of a professional roof cleaning.EDIT: Wanted to add that they do dryer vent cleanings as well! They were able to schedule the cleaning within a few days and were done in less than an hour at a reasonable price. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Caleb does a fantastic job of pressure washing and is always so conscientious when it comes to properties that have catchment tanks. Some companies simply do not care what they do to their customers' water supplies, but Caleb is always very careful to protect this precious resource. I can’t believe the difference a simple gutter and roof cleaning did to our homes appearance. I’ve heard of people using a power washer to clean roofs, but never heard of soft washing a roof. He explained it as using a chemical to kill all the black growth on it “with as much pressure as a garden hose”. I think it’s good because it doesn’t harm any seals because its such a low pressure but I don’t remember. regardless I’m very happy with the end result and definitely will call him back in the future.

My next door neighbor was having her roof done by this company when a guy approached me and asked about my solar heater. He noticed that my panels were covered in algae and wanted to know if I noticed my hot water running out. I told him no, but I did notice all the algae up there and was looking for someone to clean it, so I asked how much would that job be. He told me no worry, I come do em for you...I will definitely call them back if I need any work done!

Excellent service from the first phone call I made until the job was completed. Caleb gave me detailed quotes & never pressured me to do more services than I was asking for. Communication was awesome, I was texted a reminder a few days before and even received a text the day of my appointment letting me know they were on the way and even provided me with the name of the person who would be coming to my home. Keanu arrived on time to our home in Mountain View & he was very polite and did an amazing job at removing the mold from our roof which hadn’t been cleaned in years and also with cleaning the inside & outside of our gutters. I was also given before & after pictures of our roof which was great to see. My husband was amazed and said Wow! Our roof looks like new again!! I have already recommended their services to my family and friends & will most definitely call them for any future services that I may need.Mahalo Caleb & Keanu!

I could not be happier with the cleaning that Caleb provided. He was really knowledgeable and helpful, and really took the time to explain what all my options were and what would be best for our roof. The difference it made is amazing, we thought that we were going to have to get our roof painted, but after Caleb was finished it looked almost newly painted again. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any pressure washing done.

Caleb was wonderful to work with. He was very reponsive and always took the time to address my concerns. He always informed me who was coming to work on a particular phase of the project. When it happened that there were paint chips evident on the fascia boards after the roof preparation, Caleb came by, unasked, and checked the catchment tank. He had the catchment cleaned at no cost to us! He also sent us some before and after photos, which was appreciated since our roof is not very visible . I read prior reviews, which were great, and thought I would give them a try. Caleb responded right away, did an estimate--which was more than reasonable--and set a date right away. Mike came with all the equipment, and was super nice, answering many of my silly questions. He setup everything and was very professional and worked 5 straight hours cleaning the roof and gutters. He did a marvelous job, and I would highly recommend them. Please refer to the pics...you certainly can't do any better; they are exceptional.

I went to Caleb for a roof cleaning and paint job. He’s a local braddah who does professional work at a decent price. He gave us lots of options to make the job more affordable. My wife and I were worried we might not get the job done in time as the insurance company had a deadline, but he squeezed us in with time to spare. His crew was professional and we are happy with the result. I would def work with Caleb again.

Property Wash in Paradise was at my place from 10 until 4:30 and did a great job. They were very easy to work with. My roof has some complications and they were able and willing to negotiate the challenges it caused. I certainly would hire them again 2 years from now! I also had them clean the gutters, and they made sure they were clean. Afterwards they flushed all the pipes, so my catchment is going to get clean water from now on!

My husband and I were surprised with the companies professionalism. We scheduled an appointment with Caleb to come out to our property in HPP and give us an estimate to do our roof, sidings, and driveway. He was very polite along with well dressed and answered our many questions. We normally are hesitant about brining people to our home but we felt very comfortable and confident in him being there. After talking with Caleb we decided to do our roof and sidings. After the job was finished and we walked around our home, I was so surprised on how brand new our home looked!!! I highly recommend Property Wash in Paradise. My roof and gutters look brand new. The soft wash is so much better for an older roof. I was worried about leaks with a higher pressure wash. As it was I did have a small leak which Caleb repaired immediately. Professional and very pleasant to work with.

These guys do great work. They are very responsive and professional. They also know what they are doing. I had been fighting mildew on the exterior for years and talked to at least 10 experienced people about how to solve it, and made no progress. These guys cleaned up the house and made it look new.
