We recently received notification from another HVAC company that our home owners association uses for inspections - that our A/C unit was in need of repairs and cleaning. Certfied Air had been recommended to me in the past to install a new wifi thermostat - so I called them to do the repairs, cleaning and thermostat install.. When they arrived on site and inspected our A/C they found that it was not in need of the repairs and cleaning - so they did not do the work and did not charge me for anything. They did complete the Wifi thermostat install as promised, on time and on budget. As someone that is not on Maui but needs work done from time to time - it is refreshing to have someone that I can trust. There will only be one call I make for my A/C needs on Maui. Thank you!

Certified Air Conditioning replaced my old A/C system. The new unit had a fluke manufacturing (a leak by the condenser) and Jeff was at our place two hours after I called to report the problem. He diagnosed the problem and came back the following morning and repaired the unit.A year later my unit started acting up and once again, Jeff was at my place the same day to trouble shoot the problem and explained to me the issue (corrosion on there sensor in the drip tray in the attic). Jeff gave me his personal phone number to call him on the weekend if the problem wasn't the sensor.Certified Air conditioning really takes care of their clients and stand behind their work. The two issues I had were not their fault but took responsibility for the repairs.I've also met a few of the technicians (installation and servicing) and everyone was professional and on time.And the office manager somehow manages to make my little AC a priority.I can't give this team enough props.Services: A/C system maintenance, Installation, Install AC

Brad and his crew Raymond and Rodrigo do a great job. They make sure you are happy with not only the function but the aesthetics of your split AC system.When I made a request for a different route on the lines so the pump would be hidden better in a cabinet, Raymond even went so far as to put himself in my shoes and said, "If this were my house, that's is exactly how I'd want it done." Then he called Brad to make sure it didn't void warranties and was all above board. When I asked (because I'm curious to learn about my new system) he answered all my questions clearly and concisely.Great service. Very professional. Extremely competent.I highly recommend them for all your licensed AC needs.

Certified Air is a great company to do business with. They replaced our split air conditioning system quickly and efficiently. They arrived as scheduled and left everything clean and in order. Certified worked with us on dates as we had a specific time frame due to medical issues. They were great at keeping us informed prior to the install and were available to answer any questions afterwards. The crew that did the actual work were pleasant and knowledgeable. Certified Air Conditioning did a really good job for my apartment. My building is cement block and they had to drill through all this to put in my split system. It wasn't an easy job. Bradley did an estimate the day after I called and he was prompt and polite. I altered what I wanted the day they began ( I decided on a wall-mount system instead of remotes) and he accommodated me without hesitation. His crew was really nice and when I checked in to see how things were going, his team answered all my questions so that I could understand, and they explained to me in detail how the wall mounted operated. I highly recommend this company.

The Certified Air-Conditioning Team just completed an installation of two air-conditioning ducted central air systems (5 ton & 3 ton, Bosch condensers, Rheem air-handlers) in our house. They were very professional and the systems are performing perfectly. Both my wife and I work from home and they were able to work around us, communicating well throughout the process. The systems have a much lower sound rating, which we are really happy with, especially since the condensers are located right outside one of our bedrooms.Service: Installation

I purchased 2 AC units. I called for maintenance on the 2 units. a year later.I was not satisfied with 1 of the units. I was contacted by Joe. I explained my concerns. The unit was replaced the same day. I had excellent service on the installation and now on the maintenance. You don't find many companies today that stand by what they sell. I called up Certified AC and a friendly person answered the phone. She was able to schedule an appointment for me SAME DAY!. The technician Lavi came out a few hours later and fixed me up in short order. He was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I will always call these guys first. All my other experiences with AC companies on Maui is that they rarely call you back and when they do, they make you wrong for wanting to get your unit repaired in any kind of timely way.
