John was awesome! I was extremely sick from our hidden toxic mold and he gave us so much information on how to properly remediate our mold issue. John even took into consideration my sensitivity to harsh chemicals when recommending steps to take. While John and his crew were already scheduled out for our immediate needs, he gave me the knowledge to know additional steps we needed to take that the other remediation company had no knowledge about. He walked us through every aspect of the project, patiently answered all our questions, and was always available for follow up questions, even after the job was done.
