The crew foreman - Cob Lewis - was especially helpful and dedicated - both hands on, managing the team and explaining the A/C install here was top notch. He said the project would take 3 days, and indeed, it did.

I was pleasantly surprised over Steve’s plumbing and Jesse’s repair. A quote before repair withPictures of the repair process especially before and after. A description of whom to expect at the front door on the text was really great. Jesse’s went out of his way. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Steve’s plumbing without reservation. They are my new go to plumber or HVAC repair. They also showed up same day as request. That was a total surprise especially on Maui.

What a refreshing experience to have Anthony and Ua repair my broken tub faucet. They were prompt, gave me information, kindness, and most of all great work. These two guys just made my day. Will most definitely call you next time I need plumbing services.

Steve’s Plumbing has always provided professional service and I trust them. They’ve done three jobs for me and I appreciate their quoting process and photos of the before and after. The exterior work that requires digging was cleaned up perfectly. Kailiwai did an emergency repair with great skill and I was so happy with the precision! Their team is professional and they get the job done well. They are organized and when I call for service they know who I am and what quotes are in their system. I will continue to rely on Steve’s Plumbing. Thank you!!!Update! I always use Steve’s Plumbing and called them today and the work was covered under their warranty. These guys are great. Mahalo Marcos Martinez for your work. We were in quite a pinch that morning and had a main water line bust. I was amazed that Steve’s Plumbing was able to be at my house within an hour, get the job done, and left zero mess. I didn’t get to meet Marcos cause I was at work but he really took care of business. Mahalo to you and all your staff. The rates were good too. I would highly recommend. 🤙🏽🙏

We recently had AC issues at home and based on a neighbor’s suggestion, I called Steve’s. Wow - I’m so happy I did. They have such great customer service - you can tell it is the company y culture. The people on the phone and the service techs that came to our house all are super helpful and friendly. We had a service call scheduled and the repairs done.Jace (the AC tech) and the whole crew were outstanding. And the communication during the whole process was great.Highly recommend!

Steve’s Plumbing was awesome! They were available that same day to come out and fix our leak quickly. Jessie Vera was our plumber. He provided good service and we loved that he cleaned up his mess after completing the job! We would definitely call Steve’s Plumbing again!!

Allen’s Plumbing and associates were able to provide same day services whereas other plumbing companies where looking at scheduling a week out. My situation was an urgent matter, so I’m very thankful Kaalai and his partner were able to diagnose and fix the immediate problem to my plumbing leak right away. Very professional, courteous, and explained the costs of each service provided so I wasn’t blind-sided in the end. Overall, very pleased with service.

Thanks to Marcos and Anthony from Steve's Plumbing for replacing the solar water collector. The 4x10 ft collector unit was difficult to manage to a second story roof. But they succeeded and we now have a new solar collector unit. That was the hardest part of the job. Thanks to both of them for a job well done!

Wow…can’t say enough about the great service from Steve’s Plumbing and Matthew Alvarez. We called because our shower would not turn on…he arrived within 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem immediately, went out to his truck and got the new cartridge and installed it. It was all done within three quarters of an hour from our phone call. Thank you for 5 Star service!!

Anthony and his partner did an amazing job diagnosing our plumbing problem! We had a mysterious leak coming down from the kitchen cabinets. I was worried the problem was serious but it turned out to be a failing O ring on the upstairs toilet. The guys had it fixed in less than an hour. We are so grateful! We were very pleased with the whole operation. It started with my call to the office. Tiana greeted me so pleasantly and her response in getting someone to my house within 30 - 45 minutes amazed me. Kailiwai and another young man showed up as promised and both young men were so polite and well mannered. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and told us they should have it completed in 30 minutes. And that was exactly what happened. Fast, efficient and so polite. Winning combination. We are repeat clients for a reason.

The 2 guys came right away & we had no water pressure in 2 sinks. They took the master one apart & found it had a build up from water & cleaned it out. Then went upstairs & fixed the 2nd one in 15 min. They are very knowledgeable & very polite. Thanks so much, wish we’d have called sooner as it was inconvenient to have a dribble of water at a sink !

I hate writing bad reviews like this but when they try to take advantage of the elderly I am forced to. We called Steve's plumbing to replace a sink faucet in a laundry room and their first quote was $4500. After my sister talk to them they came down to $1500. I had my handyman go over there and change the sink faucet for $227. My father is an 88 year old man living by myself, so I had to write this. I am also a real estate broker and will never called Steve's Plumbing to do any job for me any time in the future. I'm also going to post this on my facebook page. I'll never ever call Steve's Plumbing again for a job ever.
