Friendly folks however this entire project took exceptionally long for various reasons. First set of windows arrived several months after ordering due to "manufacturer delays" and when it did arrive on Maui, all the windows were apparently so damaged they had to be returned and new windows made. Arriving damaged was not VIW&D fault. 2 months went by and windows arrived on Maui again. This time they were in tact. However, there was over a month delay at least until we were able to "get on their schedule" for install. Upon the day of install, it was discovered that the wrong size windows were ordered for 2 of the 4 windows and only 2 windows were able to be installed. The screens for those 2 windows were not installed for almost 2 weeks and when they were, they were also shorter than they should have been. The extenders were later added to them when the final 2 windows were installed several months later. Another couple months went by, the 2 properly measured widows arrived, and another couple weeks delay to get on the schedule for install and those windows were then completed. Paint and touch up work on walls and trim was needed and even though it was offered to be completed by Tony, we didn't have the paint available for it to be done at that time. Nice enough folks Tony and his office gal Jenni though.

Jenni is amazing to work with and gave us suggestions on picking out windows. It was a pleasure working with her.The installers are professional and answered all my questions. They are hard workers and pays attention to details. They were very respectful of my home and did an amazing job with keeping up with cleaning and maintaining work areas. I’m very happy with my new windows and doors.

Valley Isle did a great job. They replaced very large windows up very high on the house, painted the associated trim and made some repairs for us. They also installed a sliding glass door and window and it was a perfect fit with the previous doors. We made some last minute requests (paint and carpentry) and they did everything to perfection. We are very happy and will use them again.

Marten and crew did an excellent job of installing 5 glass sliding doors and redoing the trim around both the new doors and the existing windows. We are very happy with the Anderson doors and with the skill, efficiency, and neatness of the crew.This would be a 5-star review except for the fact that, while we waited 5 weeks between on-island arrival of the doors and the scheduled installation, the warehouse could not locate the doors on the first day of installation, and the crew had to be called off the job after a couple of hours of prep work. Tony called later that day to say the doors had been located and that they would be delivered the next day. We thought this should have been checked in advance.

Installed beautiful Fleetwood doors on lanai. Took quite a while from ordering to install but worth the wait. Opened up the space to lanai and ocean front. Excellent communication, follow up and easy to work with the Valley isle team. Jenni answered quickly any questions early on and Tony followed up. He was on site to ensure everything was on track and completed properly. The work site was always cleaned and organized each day and the crew was super respectful of parking and speed restrictions in the enclave, and most importantly my house, keeping it clean throughout the replacement of windows.Really excellent service led by Tony the owner. Really friendly people and they did a really good job installing the windows. They went the extra mile covering everything in my living room to make sure it stay's clear from debris.I had 2 big windows, 1 small window, and a sliding glass door replaced. They dropped the windows off one day. Had their people come up the next day to install 3 out of the 4 windows. The 3rd day they finished up and cleaned up. They even took the curtains down and put them back up. I will use them again when I need new windows.

Great customer service! Tony and his team did excellent work replacing 6 windows in our home. On top of that I paid for the crew to caulk and paint the trim of our 2 attic windows. To my suprise they opted to do the other 4 windows as well. I did not expect that and was very thankful for the extra work they put in. We had 2 French doors and 3 sliding doors put in. Only took 2 days for install. From measuring, quoting, installing, & return for tweaking, & all the emails and calls in between, Tony and his team were all very professional and did a fantastic job. It did take some time to get from ordering to install, but that is expected these days. The worst part about doing business with many island construction businesses large or small is sparse or total lack of communication. Always find myself chasing. First impressions start there with me... Never an issue with Tony and his crew. Phone calls and emails/text's responded to quickly. You always knew what was going to happen with your project each day. No absentee management or supervision when the 3 week job began. The installs were done by a clearly competent and experienced crew. Each day they cleaned up and left the house shipshape. A must for an "owner occupied" project.
