Thank you the Jazzie, James, Vili, Ron, and the rest of the Lanikai Homes crew. They were professional, on time, and transparent with budget when I had our bathrooms custom remodeled and entryway door redone. I love the how the bathrooms turned out, beyond my and my husband’s expectations. I was impressed with the thought and effort that went into every detail. Jazzie is amazing with her design skills, she is filled with creativity and intuitively knew what I wanted before I knew, haha. James kept me up to date with costs and timelines and was able to offer insight into the return in value of renovations d/t his experience in real estate. Their foreman, Vili, was reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough. The crew came on time, worked hard, and cleaned up everyday. They would even bring my trash can in! My kids now say they feel like they live in a hotel after their bathroom and door way was done. I have to agree. Jazzie and James did a complete remodel on our studio in Waikiki. The renovation was amazing and completed on time and on budget. The interior design blew me away. Being under 300 sqft, the space was created in a way I could never have configured. The function and design exceeded my expectations, with storage galore. I love to stay there and it will generate a higher rental income as a result. I am so grateful for Jazzie and James.
