I bought an older home that was in very poor condition, almost uninhabitable. In 2020, I did a total interior renovation, a daunting task for a single gal. I was often in contact with daughter Sage Clary who responded promptly to my calls and texts. Rick Clary and his team of workers were always pleasant, friendly, reliable and efficient. I was amazed at how they kept to their schedule! I was able to move into a newly finished, beautiful home in just 6 months! Renovations take a team effort. I feel so fortunate that we (R. Absolutely the best. They were on time, on budget, and lovely to work with. They responded to every request of mine large and small with enthusiasm and respect. Each person they brought into our home was so nice and respectful. They clean up very well every day so we could return to our home. The workers always showed up on time and worked until it got done. I can’t believe it was within budget and also that the estimated time they gave me was met! My primary interactions were with Rick and Sage, but Brenda was very helpful with all of the documents. R. Clary’s bid was the middle of three and the actual charges were less than the estimate despite a few order changes. The work was done on time. The best thing was the quality of the work. Rick and Sage ensured the work was done correctly and they added little touches I would never have thought to ask about, like replacing all switch plates and covers to match the trim paint Even though it was t part of the bid. The home is beautiful and I’m proud to invite people over since the remodel was completed.

It seemed like only weeks.3) Cleanup of WorksiteWhenever work was done, the worksite was cleaned and kept in an orderly manner. Even our neighbors observed this and commented how impressed they were to see how well everything was maintained.4) Resolution of IssuesIssues were brought to our attention immediately. Rick and Sage provided options which were discussed and we were able to resolve promptly; therefore avoiding delays.5) Timely CompletionThe job was completed and we received the keys 1 day PRIOR to the completion target date!Thank you for our lovely new home.
