Absolutely fantastic! Our windows leaked in a storm and Window World was so kind, courteous and prompt in helping us select our new windows. They got the windows shipped in and and installed much faster than anticipated so we could start restoring our home. Brent and the team made the installation process so easy for us and left the house completely clean when they finished. The windows themselves are absolutely beautiful and a definite style upgrade. We will use this company for any and all future window needs and have already recommended them to one of our contractors.

Fantastic overall experience from start to finish!We originally had Rob come out and measure a bunch of windows almost a year ago, but didn’t end up ordering anything. Despite that, Rob was very patient and professional when we did decide to order windows, and was quick to set up and finalize the order.When it came time for install, Alex and his crew were on time and extremely friendly and professional. They did great work making the windows look perfect!As for the quality of the windows they are top of the line—high quality. My wife and I love them and can’t wait to replace more of our windows. Can’t recommend Window World enough!

Agree with all the 5 Star reviews: Great company to deal with. Estimate for work for quick and per our specs. Thereafter, company was superb at keeping us informed, updating us and reminding us. A “human voice” always returned our calls promptly, which is unusual these days. Everyone showed up on time. Installers Anthony and Ezra were extremely polite and professional: On time, introduced themselves, Just nice people who knew what they were doing. Pricing for everything was fair. Our new sliding glass door is awesome! Everyone treated me like a valued customer. The door is solid and seems to be constructed with superior materials. It also comes with a lifetime warranty! The person who initially came out to measure the opening along with the office representative Liz to the installers Anthony and Ratu were very courteous and knowledgeable. You get what you pay for. We had a window install completed in Mililani. The team was SO FAST. They cleaned up every day they were here, and the site lead came back when they were finished to make sure everything was perfect when the project was done!The WW team has also been great for follow ups. We had a screen door lock that ended up disfunctioning - I reached out to the team and they had someone schduled to come and take a look less than a week later.The customer service with this team has been top notch!It was a lot of money, but I am SO happy with our new windows and doors they installed! I would recommend them for sure!

Just had the most fabulous experience with Window World of Oahu! We bought our condo several years ago and two of the windows replaced by the previous owner, that came from a different company and installer (so, NOT the fault of Window World of Oahu), were leaking. After no return call from the original window company and installer, despite repeatedly calling them, we contacted Window World of Oahu and had the exact opposite response. Window World of Oahu came right out, inspected the leaking windows and determined that they were not installed properly. They then scheduled a repair date and showed up with a crew of three to address the problems. Brent, Stephen, and Tobin, you guys are the best! Neat, clean, courteous, careful, professional, quality work, going above and beyond, what more could we ask for? We will definitely be reaching out to Window World of Oahu for our future window needs! Mahalo nui loa!

Bottom Line Up Front: I’m going to use Window World of Oahu in the future any time I need to change out windows or doors. They are very professional, honest, responsive to phone calls and text messages, take the time to explain different options/products, take the time to answer questions, they’re not super pushy and don’t try to upsell you on every little thing, and most importantly they do great work.I had to change out a vinyl window that was leaking, and replace an old glass sliding door that was rusted and inoperable. I called Window World of Oahu and was able to quickly set up an appointment for a free estimate the following week.One of their design consultants named Robert came out to do the estimate. He was friendly, asked me what I was looking for, and wasn’t super pushy and didn’t try to upsell me on every little thing like some other contractors do. I told him I didn’t need a super fancy vinyl window or glass sliding door, but at the same time I didn’t want something super cheap and low quality. He recommended their 4000 series double slider window and their 2 panel standard door. He explained their important features, and also provided a folder with pamphlets describing their various products for me to look at on my own time. While he was there he quickly put together an estimate on his laptop, and he went through the whole estimate with me line-by-line. He emailed me the next day with a copy of the estimate, and asked me to review it and let him know if there were any changes/revisions that needed to be made. He also provided instructions on how to proceed if I wanted to go forward with the work. The estimate turned out to be 100% accurate, and there were no surprise charges later on.After I agreed to the estimate and gave them the green light to proceed the next step was to finalize measurements. Stephen came out to do the final measurements, and he was also really friendly and honest. I say “honest” because initially I wanted Window World to inspect and repair another glass sliding door that was hard to operate. This inspection and repair work was listed on the estimate at $250. Stephen took a look at the door and quickly determined that he just had to make a simple, easy adjustment to the wheels. He spent 10 minutes of his time doing the repair, even though he technically wasn’t there to do that, and fixed the door for free saving me $250! I know some contractors wouldn’t be as honest, and would try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.Four days prior to the installation date they texted me a reminder, and wanted to re-confirm that we were still good to go as originally scheduled. I re-confirmed, and they showed up on time on the day of installation. They said the job would only take one day, and they stayed true to their word and completed it in one day.Earl and Scott came to replace my window and door. They were respectful, took the time to answer any questions I had, and when they finished the installation they walked me through operation of the new window and sliding door. Earl told me if I ran into any problems in the next few days to just let him or the company know and they'll take care of it. They did awesome work, and made sure to caulk/seal everything properly, so now nothing leaks! Very happy with the products and the professional work. I had invited quotes from 3 window firms to replace jealousies and louvers in 9 windows. Brent was the only estimator who mentioned the value of the original redwood louvers and suggested they not be replaced but just sanded and stained. His quote, of course, was lower than the others, but it was his appreciation of the existing materials, his honesty, and his desire to do the best for me that were the basis for hiring him. The reconditioned windows are beautiful! I later called him to replace a bedroom window that had held an air conditioning unit. As expected, the work was done expertly. I would recommend Window World and Brent wholeheartedly!

Just finished our installation and we absolutely loved our experience with Window World.From having someone out to do the free estimate to sending us all the documentation our HOA needed, the set up process was great. I love that their representatives always got back to me in a timely manner and always addressed my questions.We were having a window installed in a blank wall. Our window arrived on island earlier than expected by over a month. They reached out to us to with availability to install that same week if we wanted (of course we did!).Once they opened up the drywall, they ran into a hiccup with a drain pipe running right through the center of the install location! Their reps reached out to plumbers after asking us how we'd like to proceed. We knew a plumber personally that we were able to get out to loop the pipe out of the way in just a couple hours. Rather than letting it cause a stop work for the installation, the guys on site did all the work they could outside that area while the plumber worked. They were able to finish the framing, installation, and trimming still in the same day! It looks great and it completely changes the feel of that room for the better. We couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, flexibility, and work quality.

Window World of Oahu replaced all of our old windows, sliding patio doors and installed security screen doors for the front and back entrances. Rob was extremely knowledgeable about all products and services and enhanced our decision making process to enable us to select the best products at a more than competitive price. They provided extra services suce as velor blind removal and reinstallation on the interior trim (interior trim was not offered by other companies). Pono led the installation team. The team was quick, efficient and paid attention to every detail of the installation process. They cleaned up each day before they left in the evening; and we had a good idea what to expect for the following morning. Although we are still awaiting some specialty window to be received/installed; I am most pleased with the overall experience with Window World of Oahu during all aspects of the project from estimates, financing, ordering and installation. Truely professional team. Will use them again if needed.
