Currently working outside our property. Today I come home to no electric which they should have notified any homeowner about any utility service outage date and time.Also they work from mon - fri 8:00 - 330, I come home around 5pm and I did not notice until saturday morning a pillar from my tile wall had fallen/broke. No big deal I went and fixed it cause it's the weekend and it needs to be done, I cant wait till Monday for it to be repaired so I fix it. I get a foreman's number and I call him to see if they could reimburse me for the material cost alone. The foreman asks me how much I told him the materials was about $30 and he says "we'll see what we can do ". Okay so a week goes by and nothing but not only that they damaged another portion of my wall and again DID NOT NOTIFY ME about it AGAIN! So after work one day I head home but a little early and I went looking around the neighborhood for any H&M worker/vehicle and just so happen I run into the foreman that never got back to me about the first damage they done to our tile wall. I ask him about the prior damage reimbursement and he says he did call (I never got it but okay) and so I fill him in on another damage that they created and he says no one told him anything...?? He comes down and take a look and agrees that says they will take care of it. My problem now is I came home to no electric 1030-200 but no one is notifying me about any service outage and the damages tomy property. They really gotta step up instead of trying to get away with stuff. Companies working like this no can. I'm sure if I didn't say nothing they would've just left it broke.
