Working with Ron on my condo kitchen remodel was a pleasure. He collaborated with me on ideas, brought in talented and trustworthy subcontractors, and respected both my budget and tight timeline. He was even able to complete the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule (so important with a vacation rental)! Ron is a true craftsman that cares deeply about the quality of his work. I love my new kitchen and am excited to work with him again on my next project!

Ron and his crew built our home in Olinda in 2001 and worked on accommodating all of our our desires. He also gave us lots of good advice and saved us lots of later headaches since my wife and I knew little about building a home. Ron also took the extra time to make several modifications my wife and I had requested.They did an excellent job and the home is holding up well (it survived the major earthquake we had in 2006 and several major storms). I have kept in touch with Ron and would definitely consider him for future work.

This is the second time we have hired Ron and Aaron's Construction. Both times Ron did an excellent job with our renovations. He has completed two kitchens, two bathrooms and a staircase, not to mention the numerous other things that had to be done, electrical, plumbing, painting...He is an excellent communicator, keeps a clean job site, stays on budget and on time. I just can't say enough good about Ron and his work!I came into my properties under very stressful circumstances and I don't know who was looking out for me, but an angel sent Ron my way to help make this stressful experience so much better than it could have been.I have a condo, on the sixth floor of a building, which had been completely vandalized and destroyed. It was infested with termites and other bugs. Other contractors who came to give me bids commented constantly on the condition of the condo, but Ron was nothing but professional. His bid was submitted quickly and professionally, unlike the other contractors I asked for bids. I live on the mainland and wasn't set up financially to handle this mess that had been dumped into my lap, but Ron was patient and organized through the 11 months and hours of communication it took to get this project done (ALL my issue, not his). I'm a perfectionist but I found out he is too, so I came to rely completely on his opinion with all of the work being done while I wasn't there. I met a number of his subcontractors during the project and they, too, were very professional. I changed focus and dragged my feet on decisions and he was patient and professional throughout, offering advice when I asked but never offended if I didn't follow it!This was obviously an extensive project and it turned out beautifully...better than I even hoped and I have pretty high expectations. I now am using both condos as vacation rentals and I'm constantly getting compliments on how nice they are, most of which I attribute to Ron's workmanship and recommendations. He even helped me pick up furniture and get it into the condos as I was trying to get them ready in the last days.
