I was seeking information over the phone about a high-end whole-house job. The woman on the phone proceeded to give me a three minute lecture tirade and ended it with, "Do you understand, or is that too complicated for you?" How extremely rude and aggressive. Don't give them your business. I didn't.

My husband needed a 4” cut in a piece of granite, called these guys up and even though we were willing to pay for it, they did it for free and turned it around within a day! The showroom is beautiful and they have a great selection of high end tiles.
