Well I went to State St. and Hwy 55 location. It's pretty crowded feeling in the main isle around registers too many items displayed in middle which sucks. Otherwise love the customer service and all other things when grabbing a quick part to repair something. Some items are not sold there that I would expect but that's on me for expecting and not knowing till I get there lol. Good store no issues really. Thanks Home Depot. šŸ˜

I meant to give this review about a month ago. A big shout-out to Jen and Susan up at the customer service desk . They provided exceptional service and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I love my new Christmas tree!

Plethora of items for sale, I went to Home Depot for some garden soil and some plants for my garden because they have a wonderful selection of plants the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful even though I didn't need help but I appreciate the offer. I always like to look around the store for my future projects on my list. I see a kitchen remodel coming soon...they have fantastic selection of appliances for when I'm ready I know where to go....if this helps give me a like.......šŸ‘..........

I would normally give Home Depot a five star rating having shopped there for ages. However, during yesterday's visit, I was in line with a dolly and a sheet of drywall. There were several customers ahead of me in the contractor's line and their orders were taking some time to ring up. Another cashier montioned for me to go to their register so he could ring me up faster. As I turned to maneuver my dolly in his direction, and while he and I were making eye contact, another customer walked up to him and took my place. Consequently, I had to wait it out and not get "processed" as quickly as I could have. Another cashier walked up to me after seeing what has just happened and admitted that the original cashier who montioned for me to go to their register should have held off the other customer so I could be checked out first.Not an earth shaking event, but perhaps some additional customer service training might be helpful.Just a thought knowing that managment reads these posts. It'll probably never happen again, especially with that cashier.I still value Home Depot. Eveyone makes a faux pais sometimes.

People in customer sevice are always super friendly. I wish they made it easier to shop. It is impossible to push a cart through this store without bumping into all kinds of things. The main aisle is almost big enough for one person to walk down, assuming they aren't pushing a flat cart

During the remodel of our home we visited the store for flooring, the employees in that department were extremely helpful and friendly! However the rest of our experience went downhill from here. We waited over 30 minutes for assistance on decking materials, only to be finally told that they were unloading freight and wouldn't be able to help us. Then at the register we were unable to use our coupon mailer because the cashier couldn't get it to scan , so we lost out on $70.00 in savings. To make matters even more stressful, we were told that the cabinets shown online and in stock were no longer available at this store. We drove across the valley to another home Depot only to find that they were also out of stock ( even after confirming through a phone call to the first store that they were in stock) we wasted hours of our day trying to get at best, decent service. We ended up going to Lowe's to finish our home remodel, and not only were the prices better, but the employees knew what they were doing and were friendly. This is the worst experience I have ever had at home Depot. My experience felt like the employees were just trying to punch a clock and get out of there, and had no idea if a problem arose how to deal with it. My best advice is that if you are going to shop here, be sure to go during daylight hours because the afternoon/evening shift leaves much to be desired

I just want to give a shout out to Mike Nudge in tool rental. Not only did my dog have an accident on the floor in front of the tool rental door his customer service was above and beyond. He was so nice and helped me clean up my dogā€™s mess and just overall super nice. I donā€™t leave reviews very often but his customer service really helped me when he didnā€™t have to. Him helping me solve a simple problem saved me a trip back the next day. Cheers to you Nudge!!

Routinely shows inventory online, drive to store to pickup and it is not there, place order, get phone call inventory not there. To get a project done you have to drive to 3-5 home depots to get the parts you need. To Home Depot: update your inventory: write down your shrink. I am sure some manager doesnā€™t want to write down all the shrink they have, but customers like me are ordering from Amazon when we can instead of trying to find inventory that no longer exist in a home depot store

Cement is on the opposite side of the store as the cement blocks?Also the website told me there was 700 blocks in stock, after driving there they had 0 and I was told they were discontinue this item

This is a typical HD. It is an average size store, but it has what I need. The staff are friendly, but not always helpful depending on your level of questions. If you know what you need, HD is the place to go.

The Eagle location is great. I find their employee's are more knowledgeable. At one time I was a hard core Lowe's supporter but now, that has all changed. Customer Service is very important to those of us who need honest guidance. Thank you Home Depot

My Aunt bought a washer and dryer from this store and expressed her dislike for the washer as it destroyed her clothes, the salesperson who was snarky said sorry buyers remorse isn't something we cover call the manufacturer, so she called them they came out said it functions the way it should though he said this unit with the agitator is rough on delicate clothing. Went back to Home Depot they said sorry you only have 48 hours with appliances this was a new build so units weren't used for two weeks,Home depot at one time cared about customer service that time has long since passed. If you need appliances shop elsewhere and the salesperson that utilized the phrase buyer remorse really needs to choose her words wisely.

Skie from Home Depot personally went above and beyond to resolve a warranty issue that wasn't getting resolved by the manufacturer. It took him much effort and time, but he didn't give up, and I would give him 10 stars if I could. BTW, I was so frustrated that when I took it out on him, he remained amazingly professional, & and still went to bat for me until the issue was satisfactorily resolved!

Unfortunately, the return section is utterly incompetent, I dont say this to be abusive and it's not the employees fault. They are under trained on the computers, as a pro member, the system fails to recognize our cards to return and the employees do not understand how to search the card number (an easy fix, remind them to exclude the final 5 digits starting with 0000*). Please be patient with them and request a manager. As for the managers, please be present. Your employees, who are by all rights should be retired are struggling to accomplish their jobs.

I received the best help and service from the tool/truck rental department yesterday! I needed a trailer asap. I had never driven with a trailer nor knew how to hook it up. They walked me through everything and gave the best advice. I will definitely use them in the future.

We come to this location more often than the one in Meridian, this location has less traffic, customer services are good and return is easy. Please offer another location around Costco on Ten Miles! šŸ˜„

This is a great store. But I had a bad experience with plumbing. I needed to fix my toilet by purchasing a new flapper. When I went to HD, the staff recommended a product other than the one I was looking at. I told them I would consider it and thanks, but wouldnā€™t leave me alone. I ended up buying it because he told me ā€œif you donā€™t want to save thousands of gallons of water, then go ahead, otherwise that one is the oneā€. I donā€™t come to HD for toxic comments like that. Donā€™t get me started on his recommendations for a rubber seal on my toilet too.Long story short, 3 trips later I bought the one I originally had my eye on and itā€™s working better than the one he recommended. Overall, great store. Bad experience with plumbing. Im willing to admit maybe it was just me or my toilet, but Iā€™d start with a customer is right mentality.

Went in to buy some patio furniture. Found what I was looking for and was ready to drop about $1,500. I asked 3 different people for help, all who sent me halfway across the store to another department. After 25 minutes of trying to get help I left. Iā€™ve never had a store make it so hard for me to spend money.

Customer service is very lacking here! Even in returns, we walk up to the return desk. The light was on, but no one was at the desk. There was a gal moving some rebar and stuff next to us but didn't greet us at all. Then a guy behind another desk said, "You got a return come over here," so we went over there, and he said, "You need to be out there" on the outside of the desk area, ok so we moved to the outside of the area. He has a bad attitude right off the bat. He had a hard time scanning the tile we were returning, so the gal that was supposed to be working the return desk finally came over to help. Both told us the boxes of tile are sold by the box, 15 pieces, ok, well, we had a box of 13 and 3 separate ones, that's a full box and 1 extra. If I didn't really need a few things from Home Depot, I would not shop there, Lowes is much more friendly! Hey HD, teach your staff about customer service, and if you work there and don't want to be there... go find work elsewhere where you will be happy!

Amber at the customer service desk is amazing. She answered my call with a great attitude you can tell she likes her job/ helping people. She checked on an item that was listed as extremely low availability and grabbed the last one for me. She also grabbed a couple other options for me to compare it to. Such a pleasant person to work with! Thank you Amber, you rock!

This new manager is hot and ready like a little ceasar pizza. He was so friendly and even gave me an extra hand with finding the little pipe I needed! The fitting was sort of tight but we managed to make it fit! Im sure he will be very popular with the other single moms and possibly dads looking for some help! Great job and I will be coming back for more! :)

As a general contractor I will no longer give Home Depot any future business. Their customer service is terrible and their updated return policy is ridiculous. They refuse to honor returns with receipts and treat their customers like criminals who are guilty until proven innocent. I guess they don't mind losing $$$$ and good customers. I am taking all my business to Lowe's!!!

Tried to reach Store Manger Brian Jensen, after being told a refund was denied on a pro account that I spend too much $$ on. After that lesson in lack luster employee service I attempted to reach the Manger Brian Jensen and could not, as he was gone for the day. I left a message with the only helpful employee, Denise, who I called on the main Eagle number after being told by the other store employees that the manger has no email or direct phone number. I guess we will see what happens.
